MRS. BILL CLINTON’S NOT SO BIG WIN IN KENTUCKY

The Gateway Pundit reports It was another disastrous night for Mrs. Bill Clinton, who lost nearly a quarter of a million votes tonight in Kentucky compared to her 2008 victory.

Meanwhile, The Hill reported: Donald Trump warned that Crooked Hillary should “drop out” if she couldn’t win Tuesday’s Kentucky primary as he laid into his likely general election opponent in a series of tweets. “Do you think Crooked Hillary will finally close the deal? If she can’t win Kentucky, she should drop out of the race,” Trump tweeted Tuesday night before adding “system rigged.” At the time of his tweet, Clinton and Bernie Sanders were locked in a tight race for Kentucky, with news outlets characterizing it as too close to call.

Cotton singled out top White House adviser Ben Rhodes as a “chump” after a New York Times profile in which Rhodes boasted of creating an “echo chamber” to sell the Iran nuclear deal and constructing a false narrative with the help of a clueless press.

Last night The Blower reported Rhodes would not be testifying about how he lied before Congress, as part of the Obama White House cover-up and today Charles Krauthammer said Obama Deputy National Security Advisor for Strategic Communications Ben Rhodes “completely embarrassed himself” and exposed the Obama administration’s “deception.” Rhodes was the subject of a profile in the New York Times this week where he explained how the Obama administration takes advantage of political reporters who are “27 years old, and … literally know nothing.”

SENATE PASSES BILL ALLOWING 9/11 FAMILIES TO SUE OBAMA’S FRIENDS IN SAUDI ARABIA

Reuters reports the U.S. Senate passed legislation on Tuesday that would allow victims of the Sept. 11 attacks to file lawsuits seeking damages from Saudi Arabia, setting up a potential showdown with the White House, which has threatened a veto. The Saudis, who deny responsibility for the 2001 attacks, strongly object to the bill and have threatened to sell up to $750 billion in U.S. securities and other American assets in retaliation if it becomes law.

WHITE HOUSE AIMS TO FORCE FIRMS TO PAY MORE OVERTIME

The Examiner reports The Obama administration finalized a rule Tuesday intended to force businesses to pay more overtime, doubling the annual salary a worker must make before he can be exempted from the legal requirement to be paid time and a half after working 40 hours in a week.

The new annual salary threshold will be about $47,500 to be deemed “managerial,” up from about $23,700. The White House estimates that the change would extend overtime coverage to 4.2 million additional workers. The rule will take effect Dec. 1.
