This Sunday in America…at the Church of The Compassionate Conservative, Beloved Whistleblower Publisher, the Right-Wing Reverend Charles Foster Kane was asking his Political Parishioners to pray for a Presidential Pivot to Tax Cuts, especially after Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan failed to deliver the votes needed to Repeal and Replace ObamaCare on Friday.

(Our Garrulous Grammarian says a “Pivot” is a buzzword with a dual political meaning: A comprehensive change in campaign strategy, as well as the practice of ducking uncomfortable issues or questions by emphasizing something favorable.)

Isn’t it amazing that during the past few years, the House has voted more than 60 times to repeal or alter ObamaCare while Republicans had no hope repeal would become law as long as Obama was president and could veto their bills.

No wonder Fox News host Jeanine Pirro on Saturday slammed House Speaker Paul Ryan for the healthcare replacement failure and questioned his agenda hours after President Donald Trump told his Twitter followers to tune in to her show. 

“Paul Ryan needs to step down as Speaker of the House,” she said in her opening statement. “The reason? He failed to deliver the votes on his health care bill. The one trumpeted to repeal and replace Obamacare.”

Later, Pirro said, “I want to be clear, this is not on President Trump. No one expected a businessman to completely understand the nuances, the complicated ins and outs of Washington and its legislative process. How would he know which individuals upon which he would be able to rely?”

President Donald Trump also took a shot at House conservatives Sunday for aiding the leftist resistance, tweeting “Democrats are smiling.
