Last year, at the “Virtual April Fool’s Day Hearing” during the COVID 19 Lockdown, the commission rubber-stamped approval to cut down all that beautiful green space (for which Anderson Township is so well known) for 17 outrageously expensive houses shoehorned onto 4.7 Acres everybody now knows had been owned by family members of the Forest Hills School Board.
This time, the developer is said to be wanting a “Major Adjustment” to their already approved Planned Unit Development Request. You’ll never believe what they’re asking.
