Idaho police arrested a man — who identifies as a transgender woman — on one count of felony voyeurism Tuesday after he took pictures of a woman while she was changing clothes in a Target dressing room, the Post Register reported. Sheriff’s deputies arrested 43-year-old Sean Patrick Smith, who reportedly identifies as Shauna Patricia Smith, the day after he was spotted reaching over the changing room wall with a cell phone taking pictures of a woman who was trying on clothes. The victim confronted Smith, who then ran out of the store.

PURDUE NOW SAYS IT WON’T EXPEL STUDENT WHO CRITICIZED BLACK LIVES MATTER
Purdue University this afternoon has issued a statement in the case of a student allegedly threatened with expulsion — and definitely the recipient of death threats — for criticizing Black Lives Matter on Facebook. Joshua Nash, a biology major who is gay and refers to himself as a “dangerous faggot” in his Twitter bio (a reference to conservative commentator Milo Yiannopoulos) was summoned to a mandatory “Administrative Meeting” after a student reported a posting of his made on Facebook. According to Nash, the Facebook posting was to the effect that “Black Lives Matter is trash because they do not really care about black lives. They simply care about making money and disrupting events for dead people.”

When the House Judiciary Committee asked Attorney General Loretta Lynch for answers to simple questions regarding the law, the Harvard Law graduate left them utterly astounded by dodging at every instance. Lynch continuously refused to offer satisfactory answers to members of Congress inquiring into the decision not to prosecute Hillary Clinton for breaking the law by using a private e-mail system for public business, sharing classified information, and lying under oath. Lynch’s statement to the committee revealed her general apathy.
