Presumptuous Presidential Nominee Barack Hussein Obama just picked Dreadful DemocRAT Senator Joe Biden (Blowhard, DE) as his running mate. Scott Ott at Scrappleface captured the historic iPhone announcement early Saturday morning at 3:18 a.m. Now how do we end all this excitement?  Not since Millard Fillmore chose Andrew Jackson Donelson as his running mate in his unsuccessful presidential bid in 1856 as the Know Nothing Party candidate has this nation been so underwhelmed.

In Washington, our DC Newsbreaker says according to Ron Fournier of the Dissociated Press, Obama’s pick of Biden shows his lack of confidence. Obama sought to shore up his weakness (inexperience in office and foreign policy) rather than underscore his strength as a new-generation candidate defying political conventions.

Debra from Anderson says, “Joe Biden is going to look like Angelina Jolie returning home after a trip to Africa: “Hey, everybody— I adopted a black back baby!

Debra also predicts that it is only a matter of hours before someone uses “Obiden” to describe the Disappointing DemocRAT ticket. OK, Deb— we’ll give you credit for being first.

Now would it be too much to ask for the local so-called McCain Victory Center in Cincinnati to get a few Real Republicans on busses to attend Friday’s big McCain rally in Dayton everybody is giving away free tickets to? You know what kind of results you can expect with the guy they’d chosen to run that office used to be TLPMOT&SRB Mean Jean Schmidt’s boy toy.

All of which becomes critical, because according to a recent McCain fund-raising letter, with only 72 more days till the November Elections, we’ve reached a critical juncture in the campaign. The Obama-Biden DemocRATS and their left-wing, special interest allies are going to be coming together in a united front, combining their enormous fund-raising arsenal. Meanwhile, the DNC, led by Liberal Lunatic Howard Dean are stepping up their cynical campaign of distortions and outright lies, with the help of their willing accomplices in the press and cronies like MoveOn.Org.
