TV5 partially exposed the Forest Hills Board Of Education’s $100,000 House Comparison Scam that has fooled Over-taxed Payers so many times in the past.
TV5 said if your home is valued at $100,000, it will only cost you $20.13 per month.
If your home is valued at $200,000, it only goes up to $40.26 a month.
And if your home is valued at $300,000, it will only cost $60.39 per month.
Officials (whoever the hell they are) say the average price of a home in the school district is $300,000, meaning your average extra cost is only a little more than $700.
Yeah, right!
Maybe in their next report, our digital wizards could show us Your Annual Extra School Taxes.
If your home is valued at $100,000, your school taxes will cost you $241.56 EXTRA per year.
If it’s $200,000, your school taxes go up $483.12 EXTRA per year.
And if it’s $300,000, your school taxes will cost $724.68 EXTRA per year.
