Scaring Away the Competition

image004At this morning’s meeting of the Conservative Agenda, Political Insiders were asking Beloved Whistleblower Publisher Charles Foster Kane about this Thursday’s Election in the House of Representatives to replace Speaker John Boehner. “When Boehner steps down later this year,” Kane explained, “he’ll be leaving the entire Republican Party seething, not only at his tenure, but also at congressional Republicans in general, whom many see as being weak, and having reneged on campaign promises.

So today in Ohio’s Second Congressional District, Congressman/Podiatrist “Bronze Star Brad” Wenstrup put first things first and said he’s really excited to officially announce his candidacy for reelection to Ohio’s Second Congressional District in 2016 (in only 402 more days).

image006Brad kicked off his campaign with events in Scioto, Brown, and Hamilton Counties, saying, “I look forward to joining fellow Ohioans as we discuss the importance of principled, conservative leadership in Washington.  It is imperative that Republicans work together in Southwest Ohio to ensure that we help elect a Republican President next year.”

And if that wasn’t enough, Brad also officially introduced his county level campaign team that included:

Hamilton County:       Amy Murray, Cincinnati City Council
Josh Gerth:                    Anderson Township Trustee
Clermont County:       Greg Simpson, State Central Committee
Brown County:             Jessica Little, Prosecuting Attorney
Adams County:            David Kelley, Prosecuting Attorney
Highland County:        Shane Wilkin, County Commissioner
Ross County:                George Lavender, County Sheriff
Pike County:                Erica Snodgrass, County Auditor
Scioto County:             Bryan Davis, County Commissioner

The only thing Brad doesn’t seem to have at the moment is an serious opponent, which is obviously the reason for his “Early Announcement” 402 days before his reelection.

Of course, Real Republicans might really like to know if our new Ohio Second District Congressman-for-Life plans to rubber stamp “The Party’s Choice for Boehner’s Replacement” (who would be just as bad as Boehner or even worse), since Ohio’s Second Districts Congressman already has his 2016 Re-election in the bag.image010image011
