TRUMP’S THREE-HUNDRED-AND-EIGHTY-THIRD DAY OUT-OF-OFFICE
AND SHAKESPEARE’S HENRY VI WAS RIGHT

Yesterday at the Apocalypse Agenda Dr. Dullahan explained why Forest Hills Schools District has to pay $1.28 million to settle a lawsuit with a subcontractor on Anderson High. You could buy a whole lot of Raptors uniforms with that kind of money. To see how The Enquirer reported the story, Click Here.

An Apocalypse is about revelation and renewal.  Maybe we’re getting closer.

“Forest Hills has said it let Performance go because the school district was unhappy with the quality and pace of the company’s work.

“But Performance claimed in its lawsuit that Forest Hills fired it to conceal the fact that the district was responsible for delays and overspending.”

The lawsuit outcome revealed this point.  The district was responsible for delays and overspending.

“Performance also claimed district officials did not want to pay the company what it was owed and that they dismissed the general contractor after a series of meetings that violated Ohio’s Open Meetings Act.

“The state law requires public bodies to conduct meetings and executive sessions with a maximum of public notice and a minimum of behind-doors discussions.”

The lawsuit outcome revealed this point.  The district violated Ohio’s Open Meetings Act.

“Performance filed a separate lawsuit in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court against the board, Superintendent Scot Prebles and others in 2019, seeking $8 million in damages for being fired from the Anderson High project.

“The suit is set for trial in August.”

Performance could win another one.  A big one. $8 million big.

These settlements only add more to the overruns.

We also see that the coverup was continued.  It took an Open Records request to get that revealing information.

The Enquirer got a copy of the Rack settlement via an Open Records request after Prebles and Bradley McPeek of Downtown Cincinnati, a lawyer for Rack, said in emails that parties in the case had agreed to keep it confidential.”

Will our Fab Four Forest Hills School District Conservative School Board Members finally initiate an audit of the project to answer the obvious questions?

What is the full extent of the overruns?  Where did the money came from to pay for the overruns?  If overrun money was misappropriated, what action can be taken against those responsible for the overspending and cover-ups?

Given that the Apocalypse has its origins in the Bible, we offer this:

“Be assured, an evil person will not go unpunished, but the offspring of the righteous will be delivered.”
