10.  Stop the district’s duck hook to the left.

9.  Work on perfecting a left-to-right game.

8.  Get rid of the CRT sandbaggers.

7.  Ban guys working on their putts in all district girls’ restrooms.

6.  Require school golf teams to switch golf balls for each tournament in the name of diversity.

5.  Assign Leslie Rasmussen as chairman of the school board greens committee.

4.  Set a regular play day for the conservative board member foursome.

3.  Send head caddie master Scot Prebles to remedial budget training.

2.  Set an agenda and menu for the next work session at The Precinct.

And…  

1.  Give a big WHO DEY! for the Bengals game on Sunday.
