WHISTLEGRAM: “Dumbed-Down Voters Day Update”

TODAY IS
MONDAY, MARCH 29, 2021
TRUMP’S SIXTY-EIGHTH DAY OUT-OF-OFFICE
AND DUMBED-DOWN VOTERS WILL BE LEARNING A VALUABLE LESSON TODAY

Today, We’re Beginning To Understand More Of What Dumbed-Down Neighbors Opposing A Real Estate Development Are Up Against

This afternoon at the Conservative Agenda, Political Insiders were again asking Beloved Whistleblower Publisher Charles Foster Kane what else all those Abutted Anderson Over-taxed Payers on Burney, Sunray, and Wilshire living within 200 feet of the Heist Property at 5763 Salem Road needed to do to prepare for that upcoming “Virtual April Fool’s Day Hearing” to rubber-stamp approval to cut down all those trees for 17 outrageously expensive houses shoehorned onto 4.7 Acres everybody now knows has been owned by family members of the Forest Hills School Board.

Yesterday, Negative Neighbors (and/or their attorneys) were shown how to go HERE to download the 44 MB April packet PDF and find out what’s on the agenda for that April Fool’s Day Hearing at the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission.

Then they were told to go to PDF page 25 of 83 for the full description of the development plan (“Traditions Anderson”), where It shouldn’t have taken them long to see who the owners of the project are.

So now that all of the downloaded information has been thoroughly understood, Political Insiders at the Conservative Agenda were curious to note within the findings of the approved plan, they only saw the word “Greenspace” once, and that was only in passing.

Curiously, “Green Space” appeared as the second item on Saturday’s Top Ten List of Questions for neighbors of the Heist Property at 5763 Salem Road to ask the Zoning Board and Developer of the at the Virtual Hearing on April Fool’s Day.

What’s going to happen to all that beautiful Green Space, for which Anderson Township is so well known.

Maybe that’s because the aerial view provided by the applicant didn’t show the abundance of gorgeous greenery neighbors easily recognize as the site’s location.

Neither did those findings cover the first item on Saturday’s Top Ten List of Questions for neighbors of the Heist Property at 5763 Salem Road to ask the Zoning Board and Developer of the at the Virtual Hearing on April Fool’s Day.

What exactly can we expect to happen to our Property Values, and the increased taxes we will be forced to pay because of the development on the Heist Property?

Come to think of it, none of the other eight questions on Saturday’s Top Ten List were covered, either.
