Donald Trump edges out Hillary Clinton by 3 percentage points in a hypothetical general election match-up, according to a new Fox News poll. Trump has 45 percent support, while Clinton trails with 42, putting just within the poll’s margin of error. The presumptive GOP nominee is buoyed by his support among whites, leading Clinton 55 to 31 percent. That margin grows among whites without a college degree, 61 percent of whom favor Trump, while just 24 percent back Clinton.

The Daily Caller reports Lisa Stickles was shopping at her local Ross store when she saw a man who was dressed like a man, complete with a five o’clock shadow, in the women’s dressing room. When she informed the store manager she was told company policy allowed customers to use whichever dressing room they identified with, CBS DFW reports.

Stickles was informed by the manager the man “was representing himself as a woman today,” and the store could do nothing about it.

“What about me? Or my feelings?” she asked. “(The manager) told me that if I felt uncomfortable in the dressing room with him there … I’d have to wait until he’s finished.”

WASHINGTON (AP) — House Speaker Paul Ryan is refusing to endorse bipartisan legislation that would allow the families of Sept. 11 victims to sue the government of Saudi Arabia for any role that elements of Saudi regime may have played in the attack. Ryan said lawmakers need to review the bill “to make sure that we’re not making mistakes with our allies.” Obama strongly opposes the legislation. Coincidence? We Think Not.
