More Questions Need To Be Asked
image004At this morning’s meeting of the Conservative Agenda, Political Insiders were asking Beloved Whistleblower Publisher Charles Foster Kane about that report on policing at the University of Cincinnati, where Ex University of Cincinnati Police Chief Jason Goodrich might not have told the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth in matters related to his approach to off-campus policing including that “no-fly zone” through which Sam DuBose drove.

“That report raises a lot of questions,” Kane explained. “Did Goodrich express those points of view during the selection process? If so, was he challenged on his philosophy? If not, the university sanctioned this type of policing and endorsed the chief’s philosophy. Why then, are not others cited as being at the root cause if such poor policing?

“If not, who in the hell was guarding the hen house? If no one, then others in the administration are guiltier of permitting this type of policing than the police chief and his officers. The article clearly indicates the chief implemented this type of policing in at least one other jurisdiction. Therefore, if The FishWrap found that type of evidence of abhorrent policing, a blind mouse should have been able to locate same – WTF!

“The article is a white-wash of obvious questions that should have been examined in-depth more than which occurred. Who in the hell is being protected – Santa Ono? WAS EXIGER PREVENTED or DIRECTED AWAY FROM GOING DEEPER INTO THE INVESTIGATION?

“Clearly, the university exercised no control, oversight, or accountability over its police department. Why is no one other than the chief being cited for deficient policies and practices? The US Department of Justice would classify this type of management as a pattern and practice of misconduct yet, it stops at the blame of the police chief – an obvious political white wash. Clearly, the chief reported to someone and that someone should be held equally, if not more, responsible for the atrocious police practices we’ve seen.

”Could it be the board of trustees? Hello, is anyone home up there on the hill in Clifton?

“It’s even more disturbing that no one has mentioned policies, training on policies, implementation of policies and/or the obvious lack of supervision/monitoring that was permitted to occur inside the agency. Surely the chief cannot be accepted as the scapegoat in all these atrocities! The university’s administration has failed us in their obligation to oversee this critical element of public safety.

“The police chief always reports to someone- who is that someone and why is he or she not being scrutinized like others in similar situations? Clearly, this so-called report is a white-wash with public payoffs to make it all go away!

“Cincinnati needs to wake up, and obviously, so do the folks who write about it at The Fishwrap.” [You Can Read The Fishwrap’s Story Here]image010 image011
