Whistleblower Senior National Political Affairs Analyst Britt Humus said Republicans were having a quartet of Election Events the next day: Primaries in Michigan, Mississippi, and Idaho, along with a Caucus in Hawaii and a debate on Thursday in South Beach, Florida, where Marco Rubio is sinking further into a hole, with Donald Trump and Ted Cruz heaping piles of dirt on top of him. Meanwhile, Ohio Governor John Kasich will be telling everybody what a great an idea a brokered convention would be.

Whistleblower Senior National Political Affairs Analyst Britt Humus says Super Tuesday Two may turn out pretty good for Donald Trump, who the Washington Post reports won convincing victories in Michigan and Mississippi, the day’s biggest Republican presidential primaries, suggesting that the intensified GOP establishment assault on Trump’s character and record had failed so far to wound the front-runner for the nomination. Early returns in Michigan showed Trump with a clear lead over Texas Senator Sen. Ted Cruz and Ohio Governor John Kasich as The Beaver, while in Mississippi, Cruz was running a strong second. In both states, Trump galvanized the huge populations of white working-class voters with his populist economic pitch, nativist rhetoric and outsider appeal. Running far behind in both primaries was Florida Senator “Little Marco” Rubio who was on track to record among of his poorest results of the season, in danger of finishing below the 15 percent threshold to win any delegates in either state.

Whistleblower Senior National Political Affairs Analyst Britt Humus says on Super Tuesday Two, Donald Trump sawed off a trio of Republicans in Michigan and Mississippi before talking to reporters and supporters in Florida. Trump was in a triumphant mood, as POLITICO’s Nahal Toosi reported the victories came with a trove of delegates – and a call for unity from Trump, as any Republican hopes for a Trump slump were relegated to a long wait for what would be, at best, cold comfort – as Idaho and Hawaii results aren’t coming until much later in the night.

Weasel Zippers is reporting the Secret Service has released the name of the man arrested this morning for bum rushing the stage in Ohio to attack Donald Trump. He is 32 year old Tom Dimassimo and he first came to national attention for holding “a protest” where students stepped on the American flag on the grounds of Ohio’s Wright State University.
