FOP Office Pool Prize Winner Still To Be Announced

The crowd camped outside FOP Headquarters on Central Parkway all night finally saw a Puff of Black Smoke this morning when Cincinnati City Mangler “Baltimore Harry” Black actually fired Cincinnati’s Latest Affirmative Action Police Chief Jeffrey Blackwell for Little things like “verbally abusing and insulting staff, putting the integrity of the police department at risk, disregarding the chain of command, retaliated against staff, alienating and disregarding his executive team, allowing morale to plummet below unacceptably low levels, favoring a group of officers inappropriately received overtime, being unavailable during critical public safety moments, exhibiting an unprofessional obsession with publicity and self-promotion, including taking selfies along the procession route for fallen officer Sonny Kim, and using his position to get tickets to sporting events, but only took them if they were free.”

         Up till now, we thought “Baltimore Harry” never ever read The Blower.

And as The Blower predicted, Legendary Channel 9 Sportscaster was on hand to call the play-by-play: “He’s Outta Here, He’s WAAAAAY Outta Here!

Amazingly, Cincinnati’s Diminutive Mayor John Cranley and his trusty City Mangler were not intimidated by that group of racial racketeers calling itself the National Association of Racist Blacks in Criminal Justice threatening to cancel its state and national conferences in Cincinnati’s if Current Affirmative Action Police Chief Jeffrey Blackwell (who never should’ve been hired in the first place) was fired by a Black City Mangler after the Cincinnati’s Fraternal Order of Police held its overwhelming vote of “No Confidence” scheduled for September 14, and Caucasian DemocRAT Mayor John Cranley avoided being called a racist when he went Biblical like Pontius Pilate, offering up Blackwell to the FOP Mob and washing his hands of the entire matter.

Some people might’ve thought that threat from the National Association of Racist Blacks in Criminal Justice not to hold their conventions in Cincinnati was yet another good reason to send Blackwell packing. The Blower thinks that sounds like “Win-Win” all the way.

Maybe Da Chief should’ve accepted those lovely parting gifts he refused earlier this year.
