Trump Now Rules Playing By Trump’s Rules!

image005It’s been two days since Donald Trump turned the Political World upside down at the FOX News American President TV Game Show in Cleveland Thursday night, which only turned out to be the most watched non-sports event ever broadcast on cable TV.

image005Donald Trump has dominated all media coverage of the 2016 Presidential Campaign for the past six weeks, he gets ten times the number of mentions in the media than all sixteen other Republican Candidates combined, and  Political Pundits and Strategists in both parties are scratching their heads, wondering if there’s anything anyone can do to bring Donald Trump back down to Earth.

image005The Hill’s Niall Stanage asks if Donald Trump is “bulletproof,” because at every step of his unlikely presidential campaign, the bombastic businessman’s detractors have predicted his downfall. Controversies created by his own words, at Thursday night’s GOP debate in Cleveland and elsewhere, have routinely brought out doomsayers. Yet none of it has stuck to him or dragged him down to Earth in the polls. Comments that would likely have been fatal for other candidates, like denigrating the war record of Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) in Vietnam have had virtually no negative effect.

image005Politico’s Mike Allen seems to worry that unlike undocumented immigrants, John McCain, or Rosie O’Donnell, Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly enjoys a huge following among the network’s viewers … So picking a fight with Kelly … carries risks that Trump’s other feuds do not. So does making such a gendered attack on a journalist at a time when his party is battling the perception that it’s waging a ‘war on women.’ …

image005Photo Shop Editorial Spoofer Edward Cropper’s “Trump Takes Little Miss Snot Nose To the Wood Shed” gives that silly argument the Conservative Agenda’s Criticism it deserves.

image005Erick Erickson says, “I have disinvited Donald Trump to the RedState Gathering”: “[H]is comment about Megyn Kelly on CNN is a bridge too far for me. … I just don’t want someone on stage who gets a hostile question from a lady and his first inclination is to imply it was hormonal. It just was wrong. I have invited Megyn Kelly to attend in Donald Trump’s place tomorrow night.”

BFD! Trump will win again, because you already know who everybody at Mr. Eriickson’s RedState Gathering will be talking about— Donald Trump!

image005Now imagine which 2016 Republican candidate will get the most media mentions on Sunday’s Political TV Talk Shows? The Blower bets it’ll be Donald Trump.

image005And The Blower already knows how Donald Trump plans to get people to stop talking about this week’s insult to Megyn Kelly. That’s easy. He’ll just insult somebody else!  The Blower’s Counter at the lower right hand corner of the web page is already clicking off the Days, Hours, Minutes, and Seconds. We needed to set a deadline for the counter, so we picked noon on Monday. Surely, Donald Trump will say something rude about somebody else by then.
