Now Open for Your Viewing Pleasure
A new section honoring Cincinnati Police Chiefs has just been opened in Award-Winning Photo Illustrator Artis Conception’s Gallery. Previously, Artis had shown us Disgraced Former Fourteen Star Police Chief James Craig not completing his Police Chief Exam.
On May 20, Artis showed us what the City looking like it’s “Gone With the Wind,” with a Mostly Minority Member Cast starring Chief Blackwell and Loretta Lynchmob, with Traci “I Doesn’t Know Nothin’ About Birthin’ Babies” Hunter on the left and bearded Mayor John Cranley trying to pull his own weight on the right.
Tuesday, Artis showed us that although there had no big announcement of Chief Blackwell’s “Hug-a-Thug” Plan on Monday (after City Mangler “Baltimore Harry” Black’s last-Friday deadline had been extended), Chief Blackwell had called to say, “Here I come to save the day,” because his plan was then expected to be released Wednesday morning.
Wednesday morning, Chief Blackwell was still scheduled to announce his plan, even after Police removed a body from a wooded area behind a church in the Killing Fields of Over-the-Rhine, and a man confronting Police with a rifle was killed in Northside, Tuesday night.
