Here’s What’s The Matter With Kids Today

image005Local graduating seniors claim they feel “marginalized,” just like students at the Ivy League institutions because of their race, socioeconomic status, or sexual orientation. “Marginalized” means treating a person as insignificant, left out, or brushed aside. Of course none of these people was being “marginalized, but our local Class of 2015 claimed they’d been, just like the Harvard students reported in “The College Fix.”

image00724% of seniors claimed they felt “marginalized” because of their race or ethnicity, including 74% of black students, 40% of Latino students, and 54% of East Asian students.

But those students aren’t alone, because with so many young people now identifying themselves as homosexual, bisexual, something else, or unsure these days, 47% of those respondents claimed they felt “marginalized” because of their sexual disorientation.

image008The Blower thinks all this whining about feeling “marginalized” is just part of the Political Correctness ruining our country. It’s impossible to get through four years of college without screwing up on a test, having your feelings hurt, or having your heart broken?

Our local students, like all those in the Harvard survey, are taught to view the world through identity politics. Their disappointments aren’t just bumps in the road that will make them stronger, they’re injustices. They mistakenly believe it’s their Constitutional right to go through life without being offended. Their Liberal professors tell them everyone should be equal. That’s why so many students report they’ve feel “marginalized,” just like all those Dumbed-Down, Self-Absorbed, Media-Influenced, Celebrity-Obsessed, Politically-Correct, Uninformed, Short-Attention-Span, Free-Stuff Grabbing, Low-Information Obama Voters Who Put Obama In The White House—Twice, and get all of their information from our Obama Supporters in the Press.
