Special “The Week That Was” E-dition

The Blower’s Week in Review

  • OUR NUMBER STORY THIS WEEK SHOWING HOW THE OBAMA CAMPAIGN IS LOSING IT was even though Obama Supporters in the Press claimed Obama won the Final Presidential Debate, every day since Mitt Romney’s ratings in polls have increased.
  • OUR NUMBER TWO STORY THIS WEEK SHOWING HOW THE OBAMA CAMPAIGN IS LOSING IT was when Obama called Romney a “Bullshitter.”
  • BUT OUR NUMBER THREE STORY THIS WEEK SHOWING HOW THE OBAMA CAMPAIGN IS LOSING IT was when Obama promised he’d wash John Boehner’s car if he gets re-elected.

  •  MONDAY in our Official “Final Presidential Debate” E-dition, The Blower asked if CBS’ Bob Schieffer would be covering up for Obama too.

2012: Year of the Debates

Three weeks ago in our Special “Presidential Debate Forecast” E-dition, The Blower must have succumbed to Conventional Wisdom when we predicted you’d probably be right if you thought the First Presidential Debate on October 3 would be a total waste of time, since Whistleblower Pollster Ron Rasmussen had said recent history showed debates having only a modest impact on the outcomes of Presidential Elections. We even published a top ten list telling you “Why Those Televised Presidential Debates Don’t Mean Crap.”

But we were wrong. The 2012 presidential debates really mattered, maybe because they made it easy for candidates to embarrass themselves and we now have a new way to judge the winners. Now you not only have to win the debate, but you also have to win the post-debate as well, because the spinning doesn’t stop until the next big news event comes along.

Political analysts tell The Blower that the 2012 may no longer depend solely on the bad economy; Obama’s “disastrous foreign policy” will be the subject of Monday’s climatic final debate, because Obama’s lies and distortions about Benghazi-gate continue to boggle the mind. (Four Americans died, Obama lied, Romney replied, Hillary got fried, and the Liberal Press complied. Now you decide.)

  • TUESDAY in our Special “What October Surprise?” E-dition, The Blower said, “Most people were hoping Obama would just resign at the debate” and “Real E-Mails from Real Subscribers” included:

We’ve now had six weeks of dishonesty and cover-up about Benghazi from Team Obama. Getting to the truth should have been the number one goal at last night debates.Dead Ambassador Chris Stevens’ Mom

There’s been no inconsistency on our ever-changing Libya story. —Obama Advisor David Axelgrease

With only 13 more days until the Presidential Elections, can you imagine that some people are actually calling us “culpable” in Obama’s Libyan Cover-up just because we’re still not demanding the truth? —Obama Supporters in the Press

When will the post-debate spinning stop? —Irving Dervish

Will everybody be congratulating me this morning on how well I prepared Mitt Romney for Monday night’s debate like the way they did after the First Presidential Debate? —Rob “Fighting for Fisticuffs” Portman

It’s unbelievable that Republicans agreed to allow a Feckless Foursome like PBS’s Jim Lehrer, ABC’s Martha Raddatz, CNN’s Candy Crowley, and me to run interference for Obama during the debates. —CBS’ Bob Schieffer

  • WEDNESDAY in our Special “Final Debate Analysis” E-dition, The Blower asked, “How much does Foreign Policy matter if you can’t find a job?”:

DEBATE ANALYSIS: Whistleblower Senior National Political Affairs Analyst Britt Humus says anybody who expected Monday night’s Third-and-Thankfully Final 2012 Presidential Debate to look like “Rocky 11” was surely disappointed. There was no knockout punch, but Romney aced the “Commander-in-Chief Test” and Obama flat out flunked the “I’m a Nice Guy Test”

Noted Presidential Debate Coach Rob “Fighting for Final Debates” Portman says Romney’s job tonight was to look presidential, and he did that. He needed to sound presidential, and he did that. He needed to demonstrate a command of foreign policy and world events, and he did that. He needed to keep Obama from shutting him down with tactical interruptions, and he did that. In short, all he had to do was maintain his field position to win, and he did that admirably. To top it all off, his closing statement was a home run. Good job, Mitt!

The Robmeister says Romney wasn’t trying to reach the same voters he reached in the first debate. He already has them, and they aren’t going anywhere. Ditto for Social Conservatives and Tea Party Patriots. Mitt’s job Monday night was to reach those last remaining undecideds and middle-of-the-roaders. He did that by appearing presidential, and by demonstrating a command of foreign and domestic policy issues – especially, the US economy. Appearances were everything Monday night. The people Mitt was targeting aren’t well-informed Persons of Consequence who subscribe to The Whistleblower. Those few remaining dumbed-down, self-absorbed, media-influenced, celebrity-obsessed, politically-correct, uninformed and still undecided voters say they still haven’t made up their minds. They just needed to compare a competent and confident challenger to the man in the White House who has failed them so badly for four straight years.

  • THURSDAY, in our Special “Another Romney Rally” E-dition, The Blower said, “You surely don’t believe this will be the last one!”

Top Ten List

With then only “11” more days until the Presidential Elections, time was really running out for the Obama campaign. The debates were over. DemocRATS were broke. Every day Mitt Romney continued to surge in the polls. $500 Million spent on negative attack ads hadn’t worked. What our Disingenuous DemocRATS needed were some new reasons to tell people why they should not vote for Mitt Romney:

10. Drop-dead, ad handsome with gracious, statesmanlike aura has to be fake. Looks like every central casting’s #1 choice for Commander-in-Chief.

9. Been married to ONE woman his entire life, and has been faithful to her, including through her bouts with breast cancer and MS.

8. No scandals or skeletons in his closet. (How boring is that?)

7. Can’t speak in a fake, southern, “black preacher voice” at the podium.

6. Highly intelligent, Graduated cum laude from both Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School…and by the way, his academic records are NOT sealed.

5. Doesn’t smoke or drink alcohol and has never done drugs, not even in the counter-culture age when he went to college. Too square for today’s America?

4. Represents an America of “yesterday,” where people believed in God, went to Church, didn’t screw around, worked hard, and became a SUCCESS!

3. Has a family of five great sons… and none of them have police records or are in drug rehab. But of course, they were raised by a stay-at-home mom, and that “choice” alone has prompted America’s scorn.

2. Oh yes, he’s a MORMON. We need to be very afraid of that very strange religion that teaches its members to be clean-living, patriotic, fiscally responsible, charitable, self-reliant, and honest. Compare Romney’s Mormonism with the racist rhetoric of Jeremiah Wright.

…And the Number One Reason Not to Vote for Mitt Romney is…Obama Supporters in the Press say because of his wealth, he can’t relate to ordinary Americans. Maybe that’s because he made that money HIMSELF, as opposed to marrying it or inheriting it from Dad. Apparently, he didn’t understand that actually working at a job and earning your own money made you un-relatable and offensive to Americans.

  • FRIDAY in our Official “Romney’s Speech Coverage” E-dition, The Blower said Romney could have filled Paul Brown Stadium Thursday morning.

Thursday morning, U.S. Senator Rob “Fighting for Forklifts” Portman introduced Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney’s standard five-step Ohio stump speech to a packed-in crowd at the Jet Machine factory in Bond Hill. Actually, TV 5 said it was in Bond Hill. The Fishwrap called it Roselawn. But there haven’t been that many white people in Bond Hill or Roselawn since Swifton was really a shopping center.

Campaigning in Ohio on Wednesday, Obama’s VP Buffoon Joe Biden complained about all those ads being run “Here in Iowa.” While campaigning in Tampa, Obama admitted he couldn’t find his plan for a second term and told a Rolling Stone reporter that Romney was a “Bullshitter.” Hang in there, folks, it won’t be long now. Just think about how much fun it will be, listening to Obama’s concession speech in then only “10” more days.

Meanwhile, TV5’s Lisa Cooney gets ready to introduce live coverage of Romney’s speech. “Oh, being stuck on local TV sucks so much,” Lisa says. “If only I could be one of those Fox News Blondes, I’d have all those makeup people to help me look pretty.”

  • SATURDAY in our Special “Obama Campaigning from Behind” E-dition, The Blower said, “Now we have an Underdog who ate a dog!”

MORE FEARLESS FACT-CHECKING: Thursday’s confusion surrounding Romney’s packed-in speech at the Jet Machine factory has been solved. Yesterday you’ll recall The Fishwrap reported the event in Roselawn, but TV 5’s Lisa Cooney said it was in Bond Hill. The Whistleblower’s Freddie Factchecker actually picked up the phone and asked Jet Machine’s receptionist where they were located. TV 5 was right. Metro Mole says, “See what happens when a publication now charging extra for its on-line coverage fired all those copy editors so Skaggie Maggie and Wedgie Washburn can keep their bonuses?”

Not to worry, all of our Local Obama Supporters in the Press will have another chance to get it right on Halloween when Obama comes to town again. He plans to have all the children bring him all the candy they’ve collected so he can re-distribute it.

    • PRESIDENTIAL POLITICS 2012: In Iowa, Hawkeye Bureau Chief Jan Michelson says Mitt Romney was in Ames on Friday framing the election as a choice between fiscal responsibility and more of the same, calling for “Really Big Change” in what was billed as a major economic address. Meanwhile, Talking Head Tino Delgato says, “I am not sure but is BO auditioning for a job in 2014? He has been on Leno, Letterman, Rock City and yes even on MTV. For some reason he seems to avoid Bill O’Reilly and Fox News. As he campaigns around the US I am reminded he (and Michelle) are doing this on Air Force One and at taxpayer expense. Had he paid as much attention to Libya and our consulate there, 4 Americans would still be alive. I can only hope that He and Secretary of State Clinton are sent to the Middle East as Ambassadors next year. (One way tickets) Go Figure!!!”
    • IS OBAMA BETTING HE’S GOING TO LOSE: Many people are wondering what Obama and Michelle plan to after his last day in office on January 20, 2013. According to Weekly World News, Obama and Michelle just closed on a mansion in Hawaii and plan to move – in January 2013! They have just purchased an estate in close proximity to land owned by the University of Hawaii, where the Obama presidential library and “political center” will be located. The estate is valued at $40 million. No details are available on how the Obamas plan to make their mortgage payments, but they had to have a co-signer.
    • THE OHIO RINO PARTY: Buckeye Bureau Chief Gerry Manders said Ohio Republican Party Chairman Boob Bennett asked, “Have you seen the size of those crowds at the Ohio rallies for Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan? Over 12,000 Ohioans saw Mitt Romney speak in Defiance. There is real momentum here and we need your help right now to keep it going! Over 800,000 Ohioans have already voted. Every single day counts as more and more people vote by mail or by visiting an early voting location.”

    • NO LONGER UNDECIDED: Did Mitt Romney accomplish his mission at the Final Presidential Debate? Just check the long faces on the folks at CBS News Tuesday morning when they showed which candidate won Monday night’s debate, according to those so called undecided voters in our Red-White-and Blue State of Ohio.
    • THOSE LOONEY LIBERTARIANS: Ohio First Congressional District Candidate Jim Berns challenged Republican Steve Chabothead, Green Party Candidate Rich Stevenson, and DemocRAT Jeff Sinnard to debate on Fountain Square at noon today. Do you think they remembered to get a permit because of the crowd?
    • DIALING FOR DOLLARS: We know Citizens for Community Values Action is still paying phone bank callers $15-per hour, but are they also paying people that kind of money to go door-to-door? Call (513) 652-5035 right away.

  • OBAMA SUPPORTERS UPDATE: Today’s question for dumbed down Obama Supporters is “What do you think of Mitt Romney’s kill list?”
  • OHIO ELECTION COMMISSION UPDATE: Any person can file a complaint with the Ohio Elections Commission. All complaints submitted to the Commission must be in the form of an affidavit based on personal knowledge. [Here’s how to file your complaint]
  • FECKLESS FISHWRAPPERS: Metro Mole saw this item on Facebook: My “Exclusive selections for Oct. 25 for our subscribers” email from The Fishwrap this morning offered 5 headlines: Eating smart for the holiday; Stink bugs vs. bed bugs (which was in YESTERDAY’S paper); A cinematic fright night; Quiz: Lucky No. 4,192 (Pete Rose revisited since the World Series is on….??); and How Many Dogs in Your Neighborhood.

Mitt Romney is in Cincinnati, I’m sure SOMETHING happened overnight that one might give a damn about…..and maybe even more than one thing. So THIS is what we get for paying through the nose to continue to support print journalism, and my friends and colleagues who still work their butts off to produce it? I’m far from a hard-news junkie, but this is pitiful. And insulting. And just plain stupid. These may be the stories getting the most hits, but c’MON.

  • ANOTHER DEBATE: Thursday’s Mandell-Brown U.S. Senate Debate at WCET was a real donnybrook. Outside, Union Goons outnumbered Tea Partiers in the shouting match, and indoors Disingenuous DemocRAT Sherrod sounded like he was debating Grover Norquist, the founder and president of Americans for Tax Reform, whining about Mandell’s unheard of idea of going to Washington to lower taxes. NBC Senior White House Correspondent Chuck Todd was the moderator, so you can imagine how impartial all that was. Maybe “Bronze Star Brad” Wenstrup should’ve been there, since he’s the only Republican hereabouts who hasn’t signed the Americans for Tax Reform’s “No New Taxes” Pledge.
  • SIGN CENSORSHIP: So how much business is the Lamar Outdoor Advertising losing because that Obama-loving billboard company refused run these digital signs paid for by Patriots Action LLC?

  • MEDIA MENDACITY: Many people are still wondering why WCPO-TV Substantial True News’ web page was showing DemocRATS winning the 2012 Elections early this week.
  • IN CLERMONT COUNTY: Union Township Trustees Timothy Donnellon, Robert McGee, and Matthew Beamer, have declared November 6 “Jean Schmidt Day.” Coincidentally, all Clermont County voters will celebrate November 6 not voting for “Mean Jean” Schmidt.
  • HURLEY THE HISTORIAN says on this date in 1886 President Grover Cleveland dedicated the Statue of Liberty, but Obama Supporters in the Press still plan to change it to the Statue of Obama. Locally, remnants of the Occuy movement want the City to erect the Tomb of the Unknown Protester
  • HOW ABOUT DEM BUNGALS: Whistleblower Senior Spoiled Sports Editor Andy Furball says, “Thankfully, Mike Brown’s misfits are off this week.”
  • THE LATEST POLLS: Whistleblower Pollster Ron Rasmussen says Electoral College projections show Obama with 237 Electoral Votes and Mitt Romney with 206. The magic number needed to win the White House is 270. Eight states with 95 Electoral College votes remain Toss-ups: Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Virgini,a and Wisconsin.

New polling from Florida and Virginia shows Romney with a two-point advantage in both states. Romney’s also ahead by two in New Hampshire and up by four in Colorado. The president leads by two in Nevada. The candidates are tied in Iowa, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

  • OUR LATE NIGHT JOKEWATCHER liked Jay Leno’s great idea for an inexpensive Halloween costume. “Wear a re-elect Obama button and go out as a journalist.”
  • OUR QUOTE FOR TODAY COMMITTEE: chose Obama’s line from the Al Smith Dinner: “This is the third time that Governor Romney and I have met recently. As some of you may have noticed, I had a lot more energy in our second debate. I felt really well rested after the nice long nap I had in the first debate.”
  • VOTER FRAUD UPDATE: Buckeye Bureau Chief Gerry Manders says two volunteer poll workers at an Ohio voting station told Human Events that they observed van loads of Ohio residents born in Somalia — the state is home to the second-largest Somali population in the United States — being driven to the voting station and guided by DemocRAT interpreters on the voting process. No Republican interpreters were present, according to these volunteers. The DemocRATS handed them a slate card and said, “vote Brown all the way down.” Given that Sherrod Brown is the incumbent Democrat Senator in Ohio, one can assume that this is the reference.
  • THUGS ‘R US: In Wisconsin, Obama thugs beat a State Senator’s son to a pulp when he tried to stop them from stealing a family yard sign
  • LIBERAL LUNACY: In Human Events’ “365 Ways to Drive a Liberal Crazy,” #302 is to Tell a joke:

Q: What do Vanilla Ice, Eminem, and Barack Obama have in common?

A: They’ve all made careers pretending to be black men.

  • RACIAL HEALING UPDATE: RINO Colin Powell just endorsed Obama in 2012, just like he did in 2008. Please don’t say what you’re thinking, or somebody will call you a racist.
  • TEA PARTY PATRIOTS: Former Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell said The Tea Party Victory Fund’s new “Obamaphone” ad is not racists. As Ohio State treasurer and later Secretary of State, “Buckwheat Blackwell” was the first black person elected to an executive statewide office in Ohio
  • REPUBLICANS FOR HIGHER TAXES say endorse their old friends Ghizzy Lizzy and Heather Russell for Common Pleas Judge. With both of them having been supportive of Hamilton County’s huge $777 million Sales Tax increase in 2007, they are a natural fit for this endorsement.
  • ABSENTEE BALLOT UPDATE: The latest information from the Hamilton County Board of Elections shows that although Republican have asked for more absentee ballots than in 2008, they haven’t completed and returned in their absentee ballots. So what they hell are these political procrastinators waiting for…Halloween?
  • 2012 VENDORSEMENTS: The Fishwrap endorsed DemocRAT Doctor Lakshmi Sammarco for Hamilton County Coroner over Republican Physician Pete Kambelos, a Green Township practitioner. Politics had nothing to do with the suggestion, it’s just that Skaggie Maggie’s Idiotorial Board believed “Sammarco” was easier to spell.
  • THE CINCINNATI MESS (You’ll only read about in The Blower): Just how bad an idea is 4-year terms for Cincinnati City Clown-cil? Republican Amy Murray and DemocRAT Charlie Luken actually made an advertisement against it. [CHECK IT OUT]
  • HC SNITCH AT 1000 MAIN STREET: The only reason Ditzy DemocRAT Hamilton County Juvenile Court Judge Tracie Hunter wants to hire a $107,000-per-year court administrator (along with spending $87,000 to redecorate her boudoir chambers at Juvenile Court) is because the white juvenile judge got to hire one.
  • SLUTS ‘R US: Local “Sluts for Obama” Laure “Not so” Cleanlivin and Denise Dreihaus totally approve of Obama’s new ad comparing a young girl’s losing her virginity to the first time voting for Obama.
  • IN ANDERSON: Anderson resident Jasen Snelling was sentenced to 131 months in prison for running an $8.9 million Ponzi scheme. Does this mean Disgraced Anderson Trustee Kevin P. O’Brien will be running for reelection unopposed?
  • WALL STREET WEEK: Whistleblower Business Editor Merrill Forbes says everybody’s wondering what the Stock Market will do on November 7 after Romney’s elected.
  • CONFRONTING MUSLIM ATTACKS: On Friday, Obama twice refused to answer whether Americans who were under attack at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi were denied requests for help during the 9/11/12 terrorist attacks that resulted in the murder of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others.
  • NOW HERE’S THE LATEST FROM BUNKY TADWELL: Halloween is nearing and we have another timely poem from the Bard of Cleves.

Scary Sentiments
Upcoming is a holiday
We call it Halloween,
When every girl can be a princess
And every boy a queen.

  • THIS WEEK IN KENTON CIRCUIT COURT: The latest and greatest e-dition of Our Good Friend Kenton County Commonwealth’s Attorney E Rob Sanders unadulterated e-newsletter is on cyber news stands now. This week’s This Week In Kenton Circuit Court features so many ugly mugs that many thought Terry “The Smiling Jailer” Carl had allowed the inmates to wear Halloween masks to court. But the Robster says “No, they’re just really ugly criminals!” Get a gander at these ghoulish goblins!

  • MORE NORTHERN KENTUCKY NEWS: Bluegrass Bureau Chief Ken CamBoo says there’s a big lunch celebration scheduled today for the Cabal of Northern Kentucky attorneys out to destroy “Crazy Eric” Deters” on the one-year anniversary of the historic settlement of Eric “Call Me Crazy” Deters’ frivolous lawsuit against The Whistleblower. The Blower even published a “special edition” last year on the last Saturday in October.
  • Some of the more recent additions to our Persons of Consequence might not recall seeing it, since The Blower doesn’t usually spend a lot of time gloating about our victories, but we could show you that special edition here. (LINK TO SPECIAL EDITION)
  • THIS WEEK AT A MEETING OF THE CONSERVATIVE AGENDA: Political Insiders were asking Beloved Whistleblower Publisher Charles Foster Kane why Obama was doing everything he could to convince his supporters to “Vote Early” in 2012. With all those new scandals coming out every day, he just wants to make sure all those dumbed-down, self-absorbed, media-influenced, celebrity-obsessed, politically-correct supporters vote before they hear the truth. “Which is strange,” Kane explained. “Because you wouldn’t think anybody who was stupid enough to vote for Obama in 2008 and was still stupid enough to plan on voting for Obama in 2012 (like Colin Powell), would let a little thing like Obama’s lies about four dead white Americans in Benghazi change their minds during the next eight days.”
  • AND COMING UP IN “THE WEEK THAT WILL BE”: The Blower’s Campaign Countdowns to will continue. Speaking of which, the 2012 Elections are only “8” days away and only “84” until Obama’s Last Day in Office on January 20, 2013.

Monday we’ll be getting ready for Halloween on Wednesday.

Tuesday we’ll be doing some early trick-or-treating with our Real E-Mails from Real Subscribers.

Wednesday Obama is scheduled to be in Cincinnati to collect all the kids’ candy and redistribute it to children whose parents plan to vote Obama and Brown all the way down.

Thursday we’ll see how many of the of the Obama Administration’s lies have been exposed in Obama’s Benghazi Betrayal .

And the first line of next Friday’s limerick is: “This year when the elections are done.”
