With Only Eighteen More Days Until The 2023 Elections, We’re Somewhat Surprised That We Still Have Not Heard From The Local Republican Campaigns With Information About Their Candidates For Forest Hills School Board.

But We Did Get An Envelope From Our Devout Democrat Next-Door Neighbor [Who Must’ve Gotten It By Mistake] Containing A Letter From The Republican Party Ward Chair Persons Extolling The Praises For The Two Forest Hills School Board Candidates Plus Individual Letters From The Two Candidates And Two Addressed-But-Not-Stamped Envelopes For Our Donations.

One Candidate Promised He Will Hold The Board, Superintendent, And Administration Accountable For Every Existing Asset And Taxpayer Dollar. The Other Candidate Claimed Every Dollar Should Be Thoughtfully And Strategically Spent With Absolute Transparency. Curiously, Neither Republican Candidate Promised Not To Follow The Lead Of All Four Of The Current Republican School Board Members Who Voted For You To Pay More School Taxes. Maybe They Forgot.

 Meanwhile, We Apologize To Judge Kissinger For Using The Wrong Picture Of Him In Yesterday’s E-Dition And Promise To Use The Proper Photo In The Future.
