So Far Today…A great big bunch of the Persons of Consequence on The Whistleblower-Newswire’s Exclusive E-Mail Subscribers List with “Fuse” and “Zoomtown” accounts may not have gotten their “FOR WHISTLEBLOWER NEWSWIRE PERSONS OF CONSEQUENCE ONLY” Alert that were e-mailed on or about 12:27 AM this morning.

In all of those cases, the Error Messages said:

This message was created automatically by the mail system (ecelerity).

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

somebody@fuse.net (reading confirmation): 554 5.7.1 [P4] Message blocked due to spam content in the message.

But As Every Person Of Consequence Knows, Every One Of Those Whistleblower E-Mails Contained The Following Disclaimer:

The Blower never sends unsolicited e-mail.
You receive our mail because YOU requested a subscription.
But in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act
(Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing Act of 2003),
you could always CLICK HERE, write “unsubscribe” in the subject line, and tell us why in 2,500 words or less.

These days, only at Cincinnati Bell, can you find people stupid enough to discover a way to mis-classify a message sent totally in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act as Spam.
