Have You Looked at Your Property Tax Bill Lately?

A new school year began all across America this week, and it’s time once again for The Blower to ask, How did Americans become so stupid. Maybe our good friend Bill Whittle can answer that question.

Debra from Anderson says she “liked” or joined the Anderson Alumni Facebook page so she could get notifications when that page had a new post.  Debra remembers when this post appeared:

It’s the first day of school and more than 1,000 kids have open windows and fans as their air conditioning on an 80 degree day. So many generations of Forest Hi…lt’s students remember that sticky feeling … that smell … on those hot days.

Let’s do better, Forest Hills. Sure, last year’s levy will patch up this ancient building but is that really the best we can do?

Sign this petition today and let out leaders know we don’t want them to give up. The school board and trustees meet tomorrow and Friday – get this to as many as possible, friends! ‪#‎atowngood2GREAT

Imagine the suffering of students forced to endure 80 degree temperatures at school!   Oh the humanity!

There really are people who sit around thinking of ways to spend OPM!

image005MEANWHILE AT THE FAILED CINCINNATI PUBLIC SCHOOLS, all those mommas who went to public skool won’t be sending their kids until after Labor Day ’cause they don’t learn anything da first few weeks. When da mamas went to CPS skool, it didn’t start till after the ‘EBN fireworks. Why break wif tradition? Unfortunately, thanks to Channel 19, all our yoofs won’t be able to watch fireworks on TV this year, so maybe we’ll see a Riot on the Riverfront.

HURLEY THE HISTORIAN says on this date in 1969 they were still cleaning up from the Woodstock Music Festival. Liberals say it was all about “Peace and Love.” But how about the “Sex and Drugs?” Amazingly, folks at Obama’s “historic” Inauguration made even more of a mess, not to mention the chaos Obama’s administration has made of the economy and the American Culture for nearly the past eight years.

JUSTICE DELAYED: This past January the driver of an empty Metro bus, on the 51 Crosstown route, hit and killed a 73-year old pedestrian, image007Stephen Frank, at the intersection of Erie Avenue and Edwards Road in Hyde Park.  Frank’s daughter, Emily, 41, walking with her father, was injured and hospitalized.  Frank and his daughter were legally crossing the street in a crosswalk after having ice cream at Graeter’s.  The bus driver ruthlessly mowed them down, taking a life.

JUSTICE DENIED: Last week in the Hamilton County municipal court, Tyrone Patrick, the driver of the bus, a self-styled minister and moocher, received a slap on the wrist judgment:  180 days sentence, all of it suspended.  We’ve been telling you about this creep since 2010.  Patrick remains a chaplain for both the Cincinnati fire and police departments.  A murdering chaplain and they keep him on.

Tyrone Patrick wantonly took a life with an 18-ton Metro bus, and he spends no jail time whatsoever.  The judge was Ted N. Berry.

BODY CAMERA CONTROVERSY:
Traffic Touting Trouble Maker Tino Delgato wonders what’s behind the Police Union telling the City of Cincinnati should pay officers to wear body cameras?
Is it just an effort by the FOP to gain an upper hand in the current disagreement over wage negotiations? Surely it would’ve made sense for the City to make sure the Cincinnati police would want and wear the body cams BERFORE ordering 700 of them? Perhaps they can use them on the Folly Trolley front and rear cars. I see some law suits coming that way. Go Figure!!!

SOULLESS AND SHAMELESS: First we leaned those Disingenuous DemocRAT had to pay actors to fill up seats at their convention and now we find out they paid Khan! Word is Khan was paid $25,000 by the Clinton campaign to speak at the DNC. The speech was not written by Mr. Khan, but by two campaign staffers. The copy of the US Constitution that Mr. Khan held up was bought only two HOURS before his speech by a female staffer, to be used solely as a prop and Khan returned the book after speaking. Five Gold Star families turned down the opportunity to speak before Khan was contacted by the Clinton campaign. All five families were paid $5,000 and signed a non disclosure. Khan’s immigration law firm is in debt $1.7M and owes back taxes of upward $850,000 plus penalties. CNN paid Khan over $100,000 to tell his “story” and repeated interviews across networks. Khan was given a bonus of $175k by the DNC for his effort in the media. The IRS has since put Khan’s tax file on a “hold” status. Is this guy going to claim this on his taxes??  And doesn’t this disgrace the memory of his son?? Talk about soulless! No wonder his wife did not say a word!

image009YESTERDAY IN ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, guys were asking Trustee Andrew Pappas (who when last we heard may still be running for Hamilton County Commissioner) about that Judge Powers yard sign in front of his Cleaner Concepts at 7857 Beechmont Avenue. “Actually, Judge Powers called me personally and asked if I’d like to put one up,” Pappas claimed. “So how come Judge Melissa doesn’t put her picture on her signs, she’s really a dish?” somebody asked. That’s easy, Pappas explained, “If Melissa’s picture was on those signs, everybody would want one.”

FINALLY, AT TONIGHT’S EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE CONSERVATIVE AGENDA, Political Insiders were asking Beloved Whistleblower Publisher Charles Foster Kane why he was so upset. “You won’t believe it,” Kane explained. “This afternoon we had the perfect punch line for our ‘Political Priorities’ E-dition about Obama’s not going to meet with the people in flood-ravaged Louisiana and we didn’t use it. We wondered why Donald Trump wasn’t upstaging Obama and going there himself, but we were waiting for our Thursday late night e-dition to use it.

Then this evening we saw headlines like these: image011image013 image015  “Damn! I hate when that happens,” Kane said.image017
