Courthouse Cronies Are Placing Their Bets

          CH Snitch at 1000 Main Street says the candlelight vigil has already begun for Benighted Black supporters of Convicted Ditzy DemocRAT Ex-Juvie Judge Tracie Hunter, and folks from Black Judges’ Lives Matter are camped out on the court house steps waiting for Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Patrick Dinkelacker’s bailiff to swing open the doors for tomorrow morning’s scheduled sentencing at 9 AM so she can finally begin serving her six-month jail sentence, after a majority on the Ohio Supreme Court refused denied her Motion for Certiorari, which means they just didn’t want to be bothered reading all that crap.

Hunter’s lawyers David Singleton and Jennifer Branch are seeking yet another stay of her sentence, this time from an unnamed federal magistrate in U.S. District Court, arguing that their client didn’t get a fair trial in 2014 because of mistakes by the judge and misconduct by prosecutors. They also argue she has serious health problems that would be aggravated by a prolonged stay in jail, which means anybody with any old healed injury should never have to go to jail no matter what.

Unless the unnamed magistrate grants a stay for Judge Tracie’s hoped-for endless appeals before Judge Dinkelacker calls her case at 9AM (the Court Index confirms he’s cleared his docket), nothing will interfere with his meting out justice to Judge Tracie, because as we all know, Justice Delayed would be Justice Denied. Word is, Judge Dinkelacker’s bailiff suggested Judge Tracie might want to remember to bring her toothbrush with her to court.

The Blower’s guess is that you just might be able to watch the whole thing tomorrow morning on TV.
