CNN’S BALDWIN BRISTLES AT GOP GUESTS HIGHLIGHTING CLINTON’S ABUSE OF WOMEN (Between Monday and Tuesday, CNN host Brooke Baldwin on two occasions reacted negatively to right-leaning guests who brought up the issue of former President Bill Clinton’s history of abusing women with Hillary Clinton choosing to help cover for him rather than siding with the victims.)

MEYERS COMPARES TRANSGENDER BATHROOM LAWS TO JIM CROW, LIKENS CONSERVATIVES TO DISNEY VILLAINS (Doing a less than admirable job trying to come off as a DemocRAT precinct captain, NBC’s Late Night host Seth Meyers blasted transgender bathroom laws early Wednesday as akin to Jim Crow laws creating white and black bathrooms and suggested that supporters are Disney villains like Gaston from Beauty and the Beast.)

CBS, NBC SPIN NEVADA CONVENTION CONTROVERSY FOR HILLARY  (It took most of the networks three days to finally cover the controversial Nevada Democrat Convention, where Sanders supporters tried to stand up to the Clinton election machine. But instead of documenting the arguably shady actions of the state party officials, the networks chose to smear Hillary Clinton’s rival. “Penchant for actual violence,” read both CBS and NBC reporters from a Democrat Party document about Bernie Sanders supporters, on their evening broadcasts Tuesday.)

NETWORKS IGNORE NEW DETAILS OF BILL CLINTON’S CONNECTIONS TO PEDOPHILE EPSTEIN  (During their Tuesday evening newscasts, all of the “big three” networks ignored explosive new details about former President Bill Clinton’s relationship with convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein. “It’s no secret that former President Bill Clinton had a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein,” reported Fox News’ Shannon Bream on Special Report, “A prominent businessman who went to jail as part of a plea deal he reached while being investigated amid allegations that he was a pedophile, who had sex with scores of underage girls and used his staff to procure the victims.”)

I think you’re going to see over the summer that when she’s looking for a character witness, she’s not going to turn to Bill, she’s going to turn to Barack.”)

WHOOPI SCOFFS: IF THESE EMAILS REALLY WERE ‘SO CLASSIFIED’ WHY DIDN’T ANYBODY WARN HILLARY? (On Tuesday’s The View, co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar teamed up against Fox News Channel’s Jedediah Bila to defend Hillary Clinton’s record on her email scandal by arguing that it was no big deal. Behar began by alleging the FBI “found nothing” on her server, despite the fact that the investigation is still underway. From there, Goldberg jumped in to rant about how Clinton’s staff should’ve warned her not to send those emails over her personal server if they really were “so classified.” In the end, Goldberg outright denied that there was anything wrong with what Clinton did, saying repeatedly, “At the end of the day, they weren’t classified.”

CBS WORRIES ABOUT ‘RISKS’ OF TRUMP’S ‘AGGRESSION’; ‘SMART OR STUPID?’ (The journalists at CBS This Morning on Tuesday worried about the “risks” of Trump’s “aggressive” attitude towards Hillary Clinton. Charlie Rose pondered as to whether it was “smart or stupid.” Journalists don’t often worry about the fate of Republican candidates. Yet, Face the Nation host John Dickerson appeared on the show and fretted over journalists being manipulated: “So what [Trump] does is he sends a warning shot about how he’s going to talk about Bill Clinton’s personal life and Hillary Clinton’s involvement in that, and then the press talks about it and brings all of this up.”)

NETS LOVE TALKING ABOUT FLINT…UNTIL DEM MAYOR ACCUSED OF CORRUPTION (The broadcast news networks couldn’t get enough of the water crisis in Flint, Michigan – until a leading Democrat in town became the target of a corruption lawsuit. Despite spending 1 hour and 42 minutes discussing the Flint since the story broke onto the national stage in December, 2015, the evening news shows of ABC, CBS and NBC have completely ignored reports that Flint’s Democrat mayor allegedly funneled money from a charity meant to help victims of the crisis into her personal PAC.

BUZZFEED HITS OBAMA FROM THE LEFT: TOO MANY ‘STRAIGHT WHITE MEN’ ON SUPREME COURT (In an interview streamed on YouTube and Facebook Live on Monday, Buzzfeed News legal editor Chris Geidner grilled President Obama over his nomination of Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court: “…a large part of your legacy on judicial nominations has been diversifying the federal bench….You had an opportunity with this nomination to, for the first time in the nation’s history, if the justice was confirmed, to have a Supreme Court that was not a majority of straight white men. Why didn’t you take that opportunity?”)

DAILY SHOW MOCKS IGNORANT, ANTI-IMMIGRANT AMERICANS VS. ENLIGHTENED, TOLERANT CANADIANS (On Tuesday night’s Daily Show, host Trevor Noah and correspondent Hasan Minhaj spent a full five minutes of the show mocking Americans as hateful and stupid with ignorant attitudes towards immigrants. Minhaj played the part of a fear-mongering American who was schooled by the more compassionate neighbors to the North for their “enlightened”, welcoming attitudes toward Syrian refugees. In Hasan’s overwrought caricature of an ignorant American, not once did he bring up the massive problems with crime and assault and the backlash that Germany’s formerly inclusive immigration policy has had on their country.
