Still Waiting For God To Answer

image004Bluegrass Bureau Chief Ken CamBoo says this week an obscure Dumpy DemocRAT county clerk in Kentucky became the focal point of America’s 2016 Presidential Campaign after Kim Davis said her Christian faith wouldn’t allow her to issue marriage licenses to Sodomy Rites Activists and Conservative Commonwealth Icon “BeanBall Jim” Bunning’s little son David struck down Religious Freedom by sending Kim Davis to jail.

image005With Kneepad Liberals in the Press making sure the whole world was watching, everybody raced to the nearest microphone to exploit the situation, especially after Obama’s White House Propaganda Minister Josh Earnest won Thursday’s “Stupid Liberal Liar Award of Day” outright when he claimed, “No public official is above the law.” Exceptions to that claim of course included Obama, Hillary Clinton, Lois Lerner, the IRS, and Sanctuary City DemocRAT Mayors everywhere, just to name a few.

image005The Conservative Agenda measured some of their reactions: TED CRUZ took Judge Bunning to the woodshed. RAND PAUL said, “I Think It’s Absurd To Put Someone In Jail For Exercising Their Religious Liberty.” Less emphatic were BOBBY JINDAL’S “I absolutely do believe people have a First Amendment right, a Constitutional right” and SCOTT WALKER’S “You have the freedom to practice religious beliefs out there.” LINDSEY GRAHAM showed why he deserves Conservative Contempt with “As A Public Official, Comply With The Law Or Resign” and Ohio Governor JOHN KASICH showed why he came in seventh when polled on 2% of the vote in a recent Clermont County Straw Poll with “It’s The Law Of The Land. It’s The Way That America Functions.” Still, The Blower like Ben Carson’s reaction best.  image006

image005image007CNN reported Republican Presidential Candidate MIKE HUCKABEE is planning to visit Kim Davis in jail on Tuesday before rallying supporters outside the detention center where she is being held, seizing on the issue, setting up a petition on his campaign website calling for Davis’s release that has already drawn more than 55,000 signatures and has called Davis’s case an example of the “criminalization of Christianity in our country.” Citizens for Community Values even sent out this flyer to promote the event.

image005Political Pundits were all waiting to hear Republican Front-Runner Donald Trump’s reaction, but “the Supreme Court has ruled” and “it’s the law of the land” were not exactly what Values Voters were hoping for, and we’re now waiting to see how much Trump will suffer in the polls. No wonder Ted Cruz is beating Trump badly in places like Conservative Red Clermont County in Southwest Ohio, but Trump’s lead in the polls overall is less likely to be affected.

430 more days? Next week all our Liberals will have something else to whine about!image003image007
