Hooray, Hooray, It’s the Big Debate Day

  • AND POST-DEBATE SPINNING BEGINS RIGHT AWAY: Whistleblower Senior National Political Affairs Analyst Britt Humus says all week the news media have been trying to create Debate Drama in Denver, and our Hype-o-Meter just went kerflooey. As The Blower predicted yesterday, they’re running out of hype for tonight’s Joint Presidential Candidate Press Conference with a Biased Liberal Moderator Wearing an Obama Button in Denver.

Reporters are “hyperventilating.” Columnists are “hypercharged.” And pundits are “hyperpostulating.” It’s not just a make-or-break debate tonight. It’s not just a game-changer. With only “33” more days until the 2012 Presidential Elections, millions of really undecided voters might be watching. One bloghead buffoon even says it’ll be the “greatest political showdown in the History of the World–Parts One and Two.”

  • DOING THE EXPECTATIONS DANCE: Everybody’s waiting to see if Romney will call out the Obama Supporters in the Press and respectfully suggest that no matter how bad things were when Obama was elected in 2008, our Disingenuous DemocRAT President only made things worse, because if Obama’s re-elected, he’ll inherit a bigger mess than he did last time. Maybe the Romney Campaign should run this ad before tonight’s big event.
  • AFTERWARDS IN SPIN ALLEY: Political pundits promoting their publications will be telling all those those dumbed-down, self-absorbed, media-influenced, celebrity-obsessed, politically-correct, uninformed and still undecided viewers what they should have seen.

Maybe you should watch tonight’s program on C-Span and use your own scorecard to evaluate the debate by assigning points to the candidates based on your own perception of how well they performed.

  • MAYBE THAT’S WHY OUR QUOTE FOR TODAY COMMITTEE: chose Ronald Reagan’s “I am paying for this microphone.”
  • OUR LATE NIGHT JOKEWATCHER liked Jimmy Fallon’s, “With the first presidential debate less than a week away, both the Obama camp and Romney camp are being careful not to overhype their candidates. They’re asking voters to lower their expectations and not get too excited. Or as voters put it, ‘We’re way ahead of you. Don’t worry about that.’ “
  • WE ARE THE 91%: Forget the skewed polls showing Obama “18 Points Ahead.” Forget the unskewed polls showing Romney at “Plus-8.” According to PJ Media, one of the most amazing — and significant — statistics of this election season has gone almost completely unnoticed: Only 9% of sampled households gave an answer to pollsters in 2012: It has become increasingly difficult to contact potential respondents and to persuade them to participate. The percentage of households in a sample that are successfully interviewed – the response rate – has fallen dramatically. At Pew Research, the response rate of a typical telephone survey was 36% in 1997 and is just 9% today. [READ MORE HERE]

Speaking of polls, Whistleblower Pollster Ron Rasmussen says most Americans are paying at least some attention to political advertising on TV this year and think it’s more negative than in previous years. What was their first clue? Can you believe most people say they’re less likely to vote for a candidate who runs a negative ad? We can only hope.

  • OHIO EARLY VOTING UPDATE: Local Tea Party Patriots report that after all the media hype about the Determined DemocRATS’ “Sleep Out the Vote” rallies to drum up support for early voting in Ohio, the effort in Hamilton county, a bellwether county for the 2012 election, was largely a dud.

Pictures also show Hamilton County RINO Party’s efforts to gather a crowd to “Commit to Mitt” at 7:30 Tuesday morning weren’t a whole lot better. Somehow we imagine our Local Obama Supporters in the Press was able to manufacture a cast of thousands for Michelle when she showed up at Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati yesterday on the first day of Early DemocRAT Voter Fraud.

And Buckeye Bureau Chief Gerry Manders reports Secretary of State Jon Husted says 922,199 absentee ballot applications to vote by mail have been received by county boards of elections statewide, but only 10,823 military and overseas absentee ballots have been distributed as of last Friday. The Military Voter Protection Project wonders if this year’s big drop in absentee-ballot requests by military personnel in Ohio means Obama’s friends in the Pentagon are failing to carry out the federal voting law.

OHIO STORIES YOU WON’T SEE IN THE FISHWRAP

(Even if you pay extra and log in online):

  • House Oversight Committee calls for Benghazi Gate Hearing
  • The White House won’t allow investigators to question an Obama aide involved in “Fast And Furious,” and transferred him to Iraq just in time
  • Obama made his 10th Las Vegas trip since telling bankers not to visit the city “On the Over-Taxed Payers’ Dime.”
  • Planned Parenthood has only spent $3,925,229 campaigning against Romney. Isn’t that an unusually large amount for a “charity” to be donating to a political campaign?
  • Trash politics: Labor union backing Barack Obama uses garbage man at Mitt Romney’s $12m mansion to attack him in ad claiming he “doesn’t care”
  • Obama is supporting Black and Latino Churches passing out Obama Voter Registration Cards during the middle of services
  • Plurality of Americans say polls are biased in favor of Obama

  • LOONEY LIBERAL WORLD VIEW ON DISPLAY: Remember those stories that Marines had no bullets to guard our embassies in Libya in Egypt? Well, it’s true. The Obama Administration didn’t want pictures of dead Muslims on September 11, so they took away our Marines’ ammo and put the word out on the street: If our Marines couldn’t shoot the Murdering Muslims, our Commander-in-Chief figured the Murdering Muslims wouldn’t shoot our Marines.
  • DON’T TASE ME, BRO: Was there a reason why WCPO’s “Substantially True” News reporterette Julie O’Neill ignored nationally-known Taser / use of force expert (and chair of the Whistleblower Legal Dream Team) in “reporting” the bogus “findings” of a plaintiff’s lawyer chasing the next big payoff by frightening local law enforcement into abandoning the most effective less-lethal tool they have? [SEE THAT STORY HERE]
  • FINALLY, AT YESTERDAY’S MEETING OF THE CONSERVATIVE AGENDA: Political Insiders were asking Charles Foster Kane why Obama’s Benghazi-Gate scandal is worse that Nixon’s Watergate. “Obama lied and people died,” our Beloved Whistleblower Publisher explained.
