BAD NEWS FOR TRUMP
image008The Donald’s fundraising has fallen way off and he is now far behind Hillary in campaign cash. For some reason, donors just ain’t donatin’ to him anymore. In addition, the money going into his super-PACs is way off his opponent’s because two principal conservative donors decided not to back him. Trump originally promised to donate 100 million to his own campaign but has only donated about half of that. Most of his donations are “in kind” donations anyway, meaning that they are just free rent for the campaign on over-valued office space in Trump Tower or other locations that he owns. It is very unlikely that he would have ever come up with 100 million in cash from his own funds. More here:

image009GOOD NEWS FOR HILLARY
Strong economic news undercuts Trump’s doom-and-gloom message. Friday’s economic report boldly contradicts Trump’s claim the country is ‘dying at 1 percent growth’ – The U.S. economy grew at a nearly 3 percent pace in the third quarter of the year, a better-than-expected reading that dents Donald Trump’s case that growth has stalled out. The faster pace of 2.9 percent may not hold up in the final quarter of 2016 but it offers a positive headline to Hillary less than two weeks until Election Day, with Trump struggling to erase the Democrat nominee’s lead in national and swing state polls and largely unable to make the race a referendum on a sluggish economy.

ANTI-TRUMP CONSPIRACY GROWS
Donald Trump’s claim that the 2016 presidential election is “rigged” image010against him has become a central part of his closing argument to voters in the final days of the campaign, as the GOP nominee insists that a growing range of “corrupt” public institutions are to blame for his sharply narrowing path to the White House. As he heads into a potential loss on Nov. 8, Trump has expanded the scale and scope of his accusations to include Democrat rival Hillary Clinton, the media, establishment leaders from both parties and unidentified “global financial powers.” “When the people who control the political power in our society can rig investigations like [Clinton’s] investigation was rigged, can rig polls, you see the phony polls, and rig the media, they can wield absolute power over your life, your economy and your country and benefit big-time by it,” Trump told a crowd this week in St. Augustine, Fla. “They control what you hear and what you don’t hear, what is covered, how it’s covered, even if it’s covered at all.” The “power structure” he describes, according to a review of his speeches this week, includes image011banking institutions, the judiciary, media conglomerates, voting security experts, Democrat tricksters, scientific polling and also perhaps military leaders. He has also accused Clinton of meeting “with international banks to plot the destruction of U.S. sovereignty to enrich these global financial powers, her special-interest friends and her donors.” It sounds like he left out the Mafia, the CIA and the Illuminati. He might have included the KGB but they are on his side. More here:

CRUZ WANTS TO BLOCK SUPREME COURT NOMINEES
The architect of the last Government shut-down wants Republicans to block any Hillary nominees to the Supreme Court – image012forever. He got some backup from John McCain on this. The blockage will probably also include appointments to just about any other office that requires senate approval. They apparently intend to make Harry Truman’s “Do Nothing 80th Congress” look like a bunch of workaholics. It doesn’t look good for a Hillary presidency, as we are probably in for years of obstruction and investigations, but not much else. If they are doing nothing, maybe Hillary’s U.S. Treasurer (if she even has one) can refuse to sign their paychecks

TRUMP’S STAR IS GONE
Some evil liberal took a sledgehammer and/or pickaxe and tore out The Donald’s star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame. The guy who did it is said to be a wealthy liberal activist who thinks he can sell the remains for a million dollars. Good luck with that. Meanwhile, he has been arrested by the LAPD for felony vandalism. He should have left it alone so people could continue to walk on it. Some of those Hollywood elites might even want to walk their dogs on that section of sidewalk. The star is certain to be replaced anyway, as soon as the election fervor dies down. image004

TODAY’S STATE POLLS
The news in this batch is that Hillary is within 1 point in Georgia. Hillary is also ahead in all the swing states here except Iowa where it is tied. No good news today for the Trump team.image005
