That’s when Trustees will finally consider giving free needles to drug addicts in Anderson Township.

The Anderson TEA Party worries NANNY (Needles And Narcan Near You) could be coming soon to Anderson, welcoming Drug Addicts to exchange their dirty needles for clean needles, including disposal and exchange of injection equipment and access to NALOXONE, the overdose reversal drug.

That stupid program got shut down in Cincinnati due to “funding woes,” so now they want to infect the entire Hamilton County.

Drug Addicts Would Be Protected From Criminal Prosecution:

1. For possessing criminal tools
2. For possessing drug abuse instruments
3. Regarding the prohibition against illegal possession of drug paraphernalia
4. And regarding the prohibition against giving a syringe to another person.

There would be no strings attached for Drug Addicts.
There would be no requirement for Drug Addicts to change their behavior.
There would be no cost to Drug Addicts, thanks to We the Over-Taxed Payers and The Hamilton County Health Care Levy.

Best of all, Drug Addicts wouldn’t even need to live in Anderson, or in Hamilton County, or even in Ohio. They wouldn’t even have to be U.S. Citizens (including Illegal Aliens).

Township Trustees will be considering welcoming druggies to the area at a Special Meeting on Thursday, March 8, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Anderson Center. Wouldn’t that be a nice time for Anderson Trustees (Andy Pappas, Josh Gerth, and Dee Stone) to let everybody know where they stand on the matter? 

Our angry Andersonian says if old “Russ-We Trust” were still in office, he’d tell those dope fiends to stay in the hood where they belong….and take their dirty needles to Cincinnati City Hall.
