This Sunday in America…… at the Church of The Compassionate Conservative it’s hard to remember the way things were with only one more day until the nation could take the First Step undoing all the damage Obama had done to the country during the previous seven years by choosing his replacement at the Iowa Caucuses Monday night, and Beloved Whistleblower Publisher, the Right-Wing Reverend Charles Foster Kane reminded his Conservative Congregation of all the things we’d been praying for on the first four Sundays in 2016.
On the First Sunday in 2016, we were asking God’s help for Americans to be able to keep some of their New Year’s Resolutions for at least until Election Day 2016 on November 8. “Nearly half of us had made New Year’s resolutions, but less than 10% of us are actually keeping them,” Kane explained. “Whether it was lack of motivation, lack of resources, or we that we’d just lost interest, it was time to make a fresh start and figure out ways to finish what we’d started.”
On the Second Sunday in 2016, we were asking God’s help for Cincinnati Sports Fanatics having difficulty coping after the Bungals were “One-and-Done” for the seventh time in Saturday Night’s AFC Wild Card Playoff Game. Some Sports Obsessed Fans were even calling it the “Epic Choke” of all time.
“What makes ordinary people so obsessed with sports anyway,” Kane had asked, “when there are actually so many other really important things in America to worry about these days, as we watched the Devolution of Our Nation’s Culture during the Age Obama?”
One the Third Sunday in 2016, we were asking God’s help bringing real debates to the American people throughout the 2016 Political Campaigns, especially until the Primary Election in Ohio and Kentucky and all the days until the Presidential Elections on November 8.
Conservatives needed to understand those days would be the most important period in American History for our non-stop campaign against Political Correctness, the Devolution of American Culture, and the Liberal News Media. Congress and Kneepad Liberals in the Press would continue to lie and say really stupid things without a smidgen of journalistic integrity to advance their Liberal Agenda.
Last week on the Fourth Sunday in 2016, we were asking God’s blessings on all of the local candidates taking part during our 2016 Primary Elections, especially for the ones in Clermont County, since Republicans thereabouts had scheduled a vote to “unendorsed” Congressman Ohio Second District Podiatrist/Congressman “Bronze Star Brad” Wenstrup on that Wednesday, because he’d betrayed the voters by supporting that Obama-Ryan Omnibus Budget.
That vote should be really exciting, almost as good as the time “Mean Jean” Schmidt blew off her 2012 Primary Debate on Reagan’s Birthday in Newtown, and the whole thing wound up being broadcast as the pilot episode of Political Science Theater 2012.
The Blower hopes those Political Science Theater guys aren’t still in business these days, or else we might be forced to watch an episode of Political Science Theater 2020 next week.
God Bless America. Our Nation Certainly Needed His Help During Those Days, But Especially Clermont County.
