There will be two big events you could be hearing a lot about this week. First, is the Tensing pre-trial hearing on Monday, November 16 at 9:00 a.m. in front of Judge Megan Shanahan in room 560. How many TV cameras do you think will be there to cover that event?

Do you remember when all those Liberal Media Apologists gathered with lawyers and city officials to congratulate themselves on the wonderful job of promoting racial division with their ongoing coverage of Sam DuBose and Ray Tensing after their deadly encounter in July, and they concluded that that their job was not over? The Blower can only imagine tomorrow’s news coverage.

The second greatly anticipated event looks like it won’t be happening at all. Everybody was expecting Cincinnati’s Diminutive DemocRAT Mayor John Cranley to be perp walked in front of the Hamilton County Board of Elections to explain how he could have been stupid enough to be caught campaigning for his ill-fated Park Tax inside a polling place.   

Mary Siegel of the Ohio Voter Integrity Project had reported Cranley entered the polling place at the Urban League office in Avondale and shouted, “Vote yes on Issue 22! Vote yes on Issue 22!” Campaigning within 100 feet of a polling place is a violation of Ohio law.

But it looks like The Board won’t be “formally investigating this incident to determine the extent of the mayor’s unlawful actions,” because Thursday afternoon, Cranley’s weasel-worded apology was enough to get him off the hook, especially after Elections Board Chairman Tim Burka, who just happens to be the Hamilton County Demo-Labor Party Boss, excused Cranley, saying, “These kind of things happen every year in polling places and you just get it resolved to make sure it doesn’t happen again. It’s not the kind of thing that should go to the prosecutor.”

And Republican Board Member, Hamilton County RINO Party Boss Alex T. Mall Cop, GOP, caved in completely, saying, “I accept his apology and I hope it sends a signal to all others that this sort of thing shouldn’t happen inside our polling places,’’ showing once again, why Alex T. has been the most worthless Hamilton County Republican Party Chairman in History.
