BAD NEWS FOR HILLARY
In a Freedom of Information lawsuit, a federal judge has ordered Hillary to answer more questions about the famous email server. However, he denied a request from Judicial Watch to have Hillary disposed in the case. She will basically have to answer a questionnaire about why she set up the private email server. Judicial Watch is a right-wing organization that has been attacking the Clintons since the 1990s. Expect a lot of foot-dragging on completing the questionnaire. We would be surprised if it were done any time before Nov. 8.

TRUMP’S EMPIRE IS A MAZE OF DEBT
A NYT article describes Trump’s company as being indebted to the tune of almost 3 billion to various entities, including the Bank of China and Goldman Sachs, both of which he has attacked during the campaign. This is far more debt than he showed on federal election forms. http://www.seattletimes.com/nation-world/trumps-empire-a-maze-of-debts-and-opaque-ties/ This also calls into question if he is really worth the billions that he has claimed. The Donald’s whole claim to the presidency is based on him being a shrewd businessman and this, along with four bankruptcies, again casts a lot of doubt on that.

CRAZY TRUMP SPEECH IN MICHIGAN
Trump appeared before an all white audience to ask black Americans to vote for him, and then promised the white audience that if he wins, over 95 percent of black Americans will vote for him. Speaking as if to a black audience, Trump said, “What do you have to lose by trying something new like Trump? What do you have to lose? You live in poverty, your schools are no good, you have no jobs, 58 percent of your youth is unemployed. What the hell do you have to lose?” Besides this being mostly false (only 25% of blacks live in poverty) it sounds very condescending. The claim that 95% of blacks would vote to re-elect him his preposterous – Obama couldn’t even get that much support. Trump needs a speechwriter badly. Hillary’s response? “This is so ignorant it’s staggering.”

TRUMP’S NEW CAMPAIGN MANAGER
The new campaign manager, Steve Bannon, is the managing editor of Breitbart News. According to an article from CBS News that we mentioned yesterday, the governing ideology of Bannon/Breitbart can be summarized as follows: The West is under attack and conservatives, locked in the straight-jacket of respectability, won’t do anything about it. The Muslims are coming, and so are the Mexicans. Blacks are out of control in the cities. The feminists are trying to upset gender norms, which is why you can’t get a date. Smart as you are, young white man, you can’t get rich, because of globalists, who “just happen” to be Jews. – And this is the guy that is supposed to help Trump in his outreach to minority voters.

TRUMP BUDDY, SHERIFF JOE ARPAIO, MAY BE INDICTED
A federal judge on Friday referred Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his second-in-command for criminal prosecution, finding that they ignored and misrepresented to subordinates court orders designed to keep the sheriff’s office from racially profiling Latinos. In making the referral to the United States attorney’s office for criminal contempt charges, Judge G. Murray Snow of Federal District Court in Phoenix delivered the sharpest rebuke against Mr. Arpaio, who as the long-serving sheriff in Maricopa County made a name for himself as an unrelenting pursuer of undocumented immigrants, as well as mistreating prisoners. Sheriff Arpaio and Chief Deputy Jerry Sheridan “have a history of obfuscation and subversion of this court’s orders that is as old as this case,” Judge Snow wrote in his order. Arpaio and Mr. Sheridan had also made numerous false statements under oath, Judge Snow wrote, and “there is also probable cause to believe that many if not all of the statements were made in an attempt to obstruct any inquiry into their further wrongdoing or negligence.”

Readers may recall that Trump sent an Arpaio deputy to Hawaii four years ago to try to prove that President Obama was not born there. During his time there, Trump stated that they were finding “amazing” things. We are still waiting on the report about what the amazing things were. Meanwhile, Arpaio is still claiming that Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery and that they are still investigating. We believe they are shooting to have the investigation completed by Jan. 20.

TRUMP CAMPAIGNS IN MINNESOTA
Not only that, he thinks he can win there. Is this news? Well only if you consider that a Republican presidential candidate hasn’t won Minnesota since the Nixon landslide of 1972. Before that, it was Eisenhower. Even Ronald Reagan couldn’t win there. So what the hell is Trump doing wasting his time in Minnesota? It is just another example of how mismanaged the Trump campaign is.
