Another Blowout Number In March
Whistleblower Business Editor Merrill Forbes says even before Friday’s official monthly Bureau of Labor Statistics jobs report is published, the year’s fast start for job creation showed no signs of letting up in March as private payrolls saw another big boost, according to a report just released.
Companies added 263,000 jobs for the month, ADP and Moody’s Analytics said. That was well above the 185,000 expected from economists surveyed by Reuters and also better than the 245,000 reported for February.
Generally, the 200,000-plus monthly job gains so far this year have soundly beat the estimates of economists who figured the low, 4.7% unemployment rate would slow hiring by providing employers with fewer available workers.
And with all this good news, The Blower wonders if Trump will be able to hold off Tweeting about all of this until Friday’s Official Job Numbers are actually released.
