This afternoon, our Feckless Fishwrappers said the Federal Election Commission had finally settled its ethics case with Beloved Whistleblower Publisher Charles Foster Kane’s former dancing partner, Disgraced Former Ohio Second District Congresswoman “Mean Jean” Schmidt (or as she has come to be known as the Defeated, Corrupt, Evicted, Lying, Plagiarizing, Meddling, Overblown, Bought-And-Paid-For, Tax-And-Spend, Wrinkle-Puss RINO Bitch-In-A-Ditch).
Jeremy Fugleberg says Southwest Ohio’s Most Embarrassing Elected Official in History (Including Jerry Springer) now faces a $2,500 fine for not reporting legal assistance provided by a pro-Turkish group [READ MORE HERE], but The Blower still wonders why that so-called House Ethics Committee didn’t make “Mean Jean” re-pay the rest of that $500,000+ in legal fees to her Turkish attorneys.
Also not mentioned in today’s Forgetful Fishwrappery is whatever happened to her Chief-of-Staff/Campaign manager who helped get her in all that trouble. The Blower pointed out that “Bad News Barry” was also the former campaign manager for one of this year’s unsuccessful Republican Presidential Candidates and after he quit that job, he was actually reported to be an “adviser” to the Trump campaign.
