Because All Bad Things Must Come To An End

There will be a lot going on at the Anderson Government Center tonight when “In Russ We Trust” Jackson presides over his final Anderson Township Trustees Meeting that will be broadcast live on Anderson Public TV.

The first three hours will feature that long-awaited Celebrity Roast for “In Russ We Trust” Jackson, in recognition of his 48 years of outstanding public service to the community. Fellow Trustee “Angry Andy” Pappas is scheduled to be the Roast Master.  Guest Roasters will include all of The Russler’s previous opponents and other defeated public officials like “Mean Jean” Schmidt, whose victorious opponents Russ Jackson was only too happy to endorse.

Also, during the meeting itself, two votes will be taken while Jackson’s vote still counts. The first vote will approve those controversial “Welcome Signs” at the township borders.

And the second will officially declare Anderson Township a “Mosque Free Zone.”

Finally, there’s a chance Roast Master Andy Pappas will also be passing out bumper stickers, refrigerator magnets, and yard signs for his campaign for Hamilton County Commissioner against Disingenuous DemocRAT Odd Todd Opportune next year. Last week, Anderson Andy filed his papers at the Board of Elections as his Facebook photo clearly shows.
