Most People Are Still Waiting for the Excitement to Build!

image005image004The Counter in the lower right hand corner of the Whistleblower Web Page continues to click off the days, hour, minutes, and seconds until the all-important, make-or-break, do-or-die, first 2016 Republican Presidential Debates in Cleveland on August 6, and Whistleblower Pollster Ron Rasmussen says it looks like Donald Trump, Scott Walker and Jeb Bush are guaranteed seats. They’re the three leaders in Rasmussen Reports’ first national survey of Likely Republican Voters.

Trump, the GOP presidential hopeful who has dominated the headlines in recent weeks, is well ahead with 26% support among Republicans. Walker, the Wisconsin governor best known for standing up to labor unions in his state, runs second with 14% support. Bush, a former Florida governor and the third member of his family to seek the presidency, is the first choice of 10%.

image007Among the 13 remaining major Republican candidates, their levels of support are: Texas Senator Ted Cruz (7%); former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee (7%); Florida Senator Marco Rubio (5%); retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson (5%); Ohio Governor John Kasich (5%) and Kentucky Senator Rand Paul (3%). After that, it gets a lot murkier. [READ MORE HERE]

image005Over at Politico, Mike Allen says “20 percent of Republican and Republican-leaning voters said they would vote for Trump … the largest share any single candidate has received in Quinnipiac’s seven surveys over the past two years. That puts [him] ahead of the two other candidates who earn double-digit support: Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker at 13 percent and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush at 10 percent. It’s a four-way tie for fourth place — with … Carson, … Huckabee, Kentucky … Paul and … Rubio all at 6 percent.” Allen adds, “Kasich, at 5 percent, is tied for eighth place with … Cruz. That’s enough to vault Kasich into the top 10. [READ MORE HERE]

image005In Columbus, Buckeye Bureau Chief Gerry Manders says Ohio Republicans being hounded for donations by the Kasich Campaign will be glad to know the super PAC supporting Ohio Gov. John Kasich, raised more than $11 million between April 20 and June 30 of this year … from 166 reportable contributions — with $6.613 million coming from Kasich’s home state of Ohio, $2.233 million from California, $705,000 from New York, and $402,000 from Florida. Seventy of the donations came from Ohio, 22 from California, 14 from Florida and five from New York.

image005Now here’s some Republican Debate news you might not have seen with all our Kneepad Liberals in the Press anxiously waiting for Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters’ next Over-the-Top Press Conference, preparing to try UC Police Officer Ray Tensing in the Local News Media, and campaigning for sainthood for Samuel Dubose:

image010It seems that all-important, make-or-break, do-or-die, first 2016 Republican Presidential Debate in Cleveland on August 6 is not the first time you’ll be able to see at least 14 of the Sweet 16 GOP Republican Candidates running for president (Rick Santorum, Carly Fiorina, Lindsey Graham, Ben Carson, George Pataki, John Kasich, Bobby Jindal, Scott Walker, Rand Paul, Rick Perry, Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, Chris Christie and Ted Cruz) sharing the stage at a meaningless campaign forum in New Hampshire next Monday night at 7 PM (At the moment Trump and Huckabee have not confirmed).  WLWT’s parent company Hearst Television will present the candidate forum, along with the New Hampshire Union Leader and C-SPAN. The new and exciting format will feature the 14 candidates answering a series of questions about Donald Trump and Mike Huckabee, presuming they don’t show up.

Everybody in Cincinnati will be watching, of course, unless those Race Riots we were all expecting yesterday finally get started.image019image020
