But Obama Says “It’s Not a Tax”
- Was Whistleblower Political Prognosticator Nostradamus Tadwell right about the shortage of media hype yesterday or what? The air was sucked out of every other story except when the Supreme Court ruled to uphold Obama’s Health Care Legacy by defining it as a “tax” (which Obama has claimed time and time again it wasn’t) and those historic GOP-Controlled House votes to bring Contempt of Congress charges against Obama’s Arrogant Attorney General Eric Holder. If only Obama hadn’t opposed building the Keystone Hype-Line. We really could have used that extra hype.
Obama had three different speeches prepared ahead of Thursday’s Supreme Court Ruling. Whistleblower Pollster Ron Rasmussen says ObamaCare has already lost in the court of public opinion. Also before ruling, Mitt Romney said Obamacare was a “bad policy” that diverted the president’s attention away from the more important issue of getting the nation’s unemployed back to work while using the court’s ruling to continue campaigning against “ObamaCare” and attacking the president’s signature health care program as the largest tax increase in American history. Romney also said and he’ll repeal ObamaCare as soon as he’s elected, along with appointing some really Conservative Supreme Court Justices.
Republican governors vowed to ignore ObamaCare. The House GOP instantly announced a repeal vote for the week of July 9. And locally, Doctor-Congressman “Bronze Star Brad Wenstrup said he’ll continue to fight for real, patient-centered solutions.
Our Quote for Today Committee chose William Howard Taft’s: “Presidents come and go, but the Supreme Court goes on forever.” Do you think our Tea Party Patriots will now be getting back into the game?
Republican campaign strategists said presidential candidate Mitt Romney will use the court’s ruling to continue campaigning against “Obamacare” and attacking the president’s signature health care program as a tax increase.
“Obama might have his law, but the GOP has a cause,” said veteran campaign adviser Terry Holt. “This promises to galvanize Republican support around a repeal of what could well be called the largest tax increase in American history.”
Now Award-Winning Photo Illustrator Artis Conception shows us Justice Roberts in the Rough, Searching for his Balls.
- Hurley the Historian says on this date in 1972, the Supreme Court struck down the death penalty, but it wasn’t until 1976, with 66 percent of Americans still supporting capital punishment, that SCOTUS came to its senses and reinstated it.
- Meanwhile in Congress, at the Republican-Controlled House, things were moving towards those long-overdue Contempt of Congress charges against Obama’s Arrogant Attorney General Eric Holder. Obama’s White House Spokes Dweeeb Jay Cardboard tried to tell reporters the GOP should cancel Holder’s contempt vote because Americans don’t care. Black House DemocRATS said it was all just a political stunt, so they planned to walk out during the vote. If that won’t show their racist DemocRAT political actions, nothing will!
- Now today, with only “129” more days until the 2012 Presidential Elections, Obama was scheduled to bring his cool campaign to Colorado for a photo op with the some firefighters and everybody wondered if he’d be explaining why he cut the budget on aerial firefighting equipment.
- In some local court-related news, Whistleblower Gossip Columnist Linda Libel says she heard the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office would be releasing that complaint on our weenie wagging Hamilton County elected official Thursday at 10 AM Friday. Linda wonders if any cell phone photos will be included.
- Finally, at yesterday’s Bribe Lunch, a Clueless Conservative Consultant asked Charles Foster Kane how a Bush appointee like Justice Roberts could’ve voted with the Liberals on Thursday’s ObamaCare ruling, and our Beloved Whistleblower Publisher said, “I guess it’s like Harry Truman always said, ‘Whenever you put a man on the Supreme Court he ceases to be your friend.’ ”
REMEMBER: If you can’t improve on the news, you shouldn’t even be reporting it.

Whistleblower Web Poll
This week, here’s why the first 17,648 Whistleblower Readers Poll respondents Hamilton County Commissioners failed to make their “Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender Pride Day,” Proclamation public:
(A) They forgot: 2%
(B) The dog ate it: 1%
(C) Guys at Adonis Night Club said nobody would ever find out: 1%
(D) Didn’t think all those voters who weren’t Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, or Transgender would approve: 96%
Note: Everything we write doesn’t have to be so damn cynical and mean-spirited, it’s just so much more fun that way!
Crimes and Cover-ups
This week, everybody who believes Obama’s Arrogant Attorney General Eric With-holder should resign in disgrace for covering-up the Obama Regime’s Fast & Furious Scandal, e-mailed an entry to the Whistleblower Limerick Contest.
The winner is noted anti-taxer Legal Scholar Napolitano Tadwell, who wonders if anybody remembers 2007 when Obama attacked Bush for hiding behind Executive Privilege. Nappy wins a Barack Obama Bobblehead, an Eric Holder Piñata, and an invitation to sit next to Lovely Lisa Wells at next week’s Whistleblower Legal Dream Team luncheon. His winning entry is:
Obama’s latest scandal called “Holder-gate”
About an Attorney General who’s second-rate.
Is there something to hide,
Or has somebody lied?
It sort of reminds you of Watergate.
And from the Anderson Laureate (who says, “Sometimes I just get carried away.”)
Obama’s latest scandal called “Holder-gate”
Should unquestionably seal his fate
But his adoring base
Thinks that Issa has no case
And so they attack the Republicans with hate.
The ignorance behind “Fast and Furious”
Leaves me just a little bit curious
The Dems want us to think
To Holder there’s no link
Their reasoning seems a little bit spurious
Axelrod, Holder, and Barack the Lord
Along with Spokesdweeb Jay Cardboard
Think they’re so slick
They can make their lies stick
They remind me of the fabled mouse that roared.
At the end of the day, those jerks are still alive
And they want us to give them a high five
But Brian Terry is dead
And despite what Holder has said
We’re not falling for any more of their jive.
I’m reminded of the Hogan’s Hero camp guard
When things got a little too hard
Sergeant Schultz just played dumb
And did it with skillful aplomb
“I know nothing” was his ace-in-the-hole card.
But don’t get discouraged, it’s June
November 8th is coming real soon
We’ll kick their butts out
Without any doubt
And Obama will be a losing buffoon.
The first line of next week’s limerick is:
“When we celebrate the Fourth of July”
