Labor Nomination Aborted

President Trump’s Labor Secretary Nominee Andrew Puzder jumped off the Trump Train today after a video surfaced of his ex-wife’s appearance on a 1990 episode of the “Oprah Winfrey Show” dedicated to domestic violence. Puzder’s first confirmation hearing had been scheduled for tomorrow morning. It could’ve been worse. She could’ve been on Jerry Springer’s Show.

Puzder, chief executive officer of CKE Restaurants, which owns Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. franchises, had been a controversial pick from the start. An outspoken conservative and critic of the Obama administration’s efforts to expand workplace regulations, he was staunchly opposed by many liberal groups, especially organized labor. Senate D-RATS were united against him, while several RINOs expressed doubts about the pick.

Do You Think Those Wussies Were Offended By Puzder’s Sexy Fast-Food Restaurant Ads?

The Blower is really disappointed. We really wanted to see all those new New Labor Department PSAs On TV
