Eleven states sue Obama administration over transsexual bathroom guidance

image004Kelly Cohen at The Washington Examiner says eleven states filed a federal lawsuit today against our Transsexual President’s administration to challenge its federal guidance on how schools should accommodate transsexual students.

The lawsuit argues that the federal government has worked to turn workplaces and schools “into laboratories for a massive social experiment.” It also argues that the federal government is “flouting the democratic process, and running roughshod over commonsense policies protecting children.”

The guidance, the lawsuit states, “has no basis in law” and could cause “seismic changes in the operations of the nation’s school districts.”

The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Louisiana, Maine, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. [READ MORE HERE]

But you didn’t have to check that roll call of the states to see if Ohio was included. Delusional Governor John Kasich is too busy sending letters to Republican officials in the 16 states and the District of Columbia where he won delegate votes, requesting that they stay bound to him throughout the GOP convention. He believes that holding on to these 161 delegates for the next 55 days could become leverage to force Donald Trump to pay the slightest bit of attention to him at the Convention.image011image001
