Whistleblower Week in Review

The Blower’s Week in Review

  • OUR NUMBER ONE OBAMA STORY THIS WEEK was when Obama took a quick break from Friday’s six fundraisers to inform America that Congress wasn’t working as it should because all that bad economic news that came out on Friday was enough for Liberal Pundits to conclude that Obama just might not be re-elected in November.

Black Friday’s jobs report underscored America’s weak economic recovery. The stock market gave up its gains for the entire year. Unemployment was back up to 8.2%. And Romney said it was all a “Harsh Indictment” of Obama’s Policies.

But not to worry, Obama says everything will be OK, if only everybody in America would go out a buy a “Thingamajig.” The President’s suggestion drew an immediate, angry response from the Doohickey industry. And the “whatchamacallit folks are pretty upset as well.

  • OUR NUMBER TWO OBAMA STORY THIS WEEK was when Team Romney went guerilla from coast-to-coast with an effective counter demonstration to embarrass Obama Attack Dog David Axelrod in Boston, and in California, Mitt Romney kidnapped reporters for a surprise visit to Obama’s bankrupt solar energy company Solyndra, even producing a web ad entitled “Symbol of Failure,” designed to highlight Obama’s crony capitalism, for that failed business that cost America’s over-taxed payers $500 million.

Whistleblower Pollster Ron Rasmussen says the Obama campaign’s early attempts to attack Mitt Romney’s record at Bain Capital or present him as too extreme to be president have not worked out all that well so far. The early stumbles have created a flurry of commentaries wondering what’s wrong with Obama’s team that performed so flawlessly in Election 2008.

Maybe it’s because Romney’s rapid response has been both aggressive and combative, totally unlike McCain in 2008. Meanwhile in Congress, GOP House Speaker John Boehner still seems to be holding firm on his “No-Tax Hike Pledge.” And with then only “156” more days until November’s Elections, The Blower said it’s about time a Republicans grew a pair.

  • AND OUR NUMBER THREE OBAMA STORY THIS WEEK was when Obama Supporters at The Disassociated Press tried to get the Washington, DC bureau designated a “prostitution free zone.”

They even contacted the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District to see what could be done about all those prostitutes loitering outside the entrance to the building. Police asked if the request included all those prostitutes working inside the Disassociated Press offices on 13th Street.  The Police District Commander just wanted to know how large a paddy wagon to send.

  • MONDAY in our Official “Memorial Day” E-dition, The Blower reported Obama would be laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Donor:

On Memorial Day, Whistleblower Senior National Political Affairs Analyst Britt Humus reported former Vice President Dick Cheney admited our mission is not yet accomplished, Teddy Kennedy is now a “good DemocRAT,” and today when we honor our fallen heroes, we still have that video of John McCain singing our old Beach Boy favorite (“Bomb, Bomb, Bomb, Bomb Bomb Iran”), as well as and this photograph of a very Disrespectful DemocRAT during the singing of the National Anthem. Maybe that explains Obama’s plans to disarm America that we didn’t hear all that much about during when the Obama Supporters in the Press purposely forgot to vet their candidate during the 2008 presidential campaign.

Whistleblower Pollster Ron Rasmussen says as Americans this Memorial Day weekend remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country, many adults nationwide will be remembering someone they knew personally. A sizable number also personally know someone who is currently serving in Afghanistan. 45% have a close friend or relative who died serving our country.

  • TUESDAY in our Special “Post-Memorial Day Stress” E-dition, The Blower asked if legal holidays the only times you’re allowed to buy a mattress and our “Real E-Mails from Real Subscribers” included.

Tonight’s Republican Primary Election will be a really big deal for the Romney Campaign, because according to the GOP Delegate Counter, those 145 Texas delegates will be more than enough to win the nomination in Tampa. — Whistleblower Senior National Political Affairs Analyst Britt Humus

But the biggest election news story tonight will be coming from Austin, to see if Obama gets embarrassed in the DemocRAT Primary one more time. Noted Texas Political Reporter Lone Star Tadwell

Whistleblower Pollster Ron Rasmussen says only 49% of the people they interviewed think Memorial Day is one of nation’s most important holidays, the same as last year.—Patriotic Americans

This Memorial Day, at least Obama found time for his campaign photo op during the traditional Memorial Day event at Arlington National Cemetery and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. —WWII Medal of Honor Winners

What’s the big deal? Dead soldiers are only “Political Props.” —Obama Supporters in the Press

  • WEDNESDAY in our Special “More Memorializing” E-dition, The Blower said one day each year just isn’t enough:

Obama tried to honor himself in his Memorial Day campaign speech, pandering for votes from families of fallen American troops on Memorial Day. Some people say this was a new low for Obama, but with then only “159” days until Election Day, Whistleblower Pollster Ron Rasmussen said maybe Obama’s Re-election Team at the White House panicked after they saw that new Gallup Poll showing Military Veterans supporting Romney over Obama 58% to 34%.

And did you see where one of Obama’s Supporters at PMSNBC was forced to say he was sorry for not wanting to call America’s fallen military “heroes,” after the Veterans for Foreign Wars demanded his apology.

Disgraced DemocRAT, Massachusetts Congressman Bawney Fwank is also apologizing for comments he made about the Trayvon Martin case at Rob “Fighting for Fame and Fortune” Portman’s alma mater Dartmouth’s weekend graduation ceremony.

Hurley the Historian says on this date in 1431, Joan of Arc was burned at the stake. See what happens when women are allowed to serve in combat?

  • THURSDAY, in our Special “Obama’s Kill List” E-dition, The Blower asked if you thought Mitt Romney was now on that list.

Tuesday night, the Romney Campaign surpassed the 1,144 delegates needed to secure the Presidential Nomination at the Republican National Convention in Tampa, and for those who’ve been counting the days since Obama’s inauguration, the next “158” days until the Presidential Elections in November still seem light years away.

Whistleblower Pollster Ron Rasmussen says 46% see the Obama-Romney race as a choice between the Lesser of Two Evils. That’s why the day before every election, The Blower always reminds you what those Loony Libertarians always say: A vote for the lesser of two evils is still a vote for evil. People who don’t stand for something will fall for anything. No matter the outcome, you should never ever vote for a candidate you don’t really believe in.

  • FRIDAY in our Special “If All Politics is Local” E-dition, The Blower reported the Sad State of Republican Campaigns in Hamilton County:

As concerns mount over the lack of action in the Wenstrup campaign, with Alex T.’s Hand-Picked Hack in over his head having to work for a living for the first time in his life, attention has turned to some of the other campaigns.

While the hand-picked Friends of Alex calling themselves the “Young Leaders Council” gather for a totally insignificant and unproductive “happy hour” at The Banks, they just so happened to accidentally choose the same night the Blue Chip Young Republicans have their meeting.  That was a planned move on their part to eliminate competition and get rid of the Blue Chippers. Blue Chip supports actual conservative candidates and issues.  In their quest to quash the conservatives, they overlooked the fact that Alex’s Ally “Bronze Star Brad” was Blue Chip’s featured speaker.

  • SATURDAY in our Special “Liberal Self Destruction” E-dition, The Blower said it was turning out to be a great spectator sport!

Obama reverted to type on Thursday when he insulted former President Bush at the unveiling of the 43rd president’s official White House Portrait. White House Spokes Dweeb Jay Cardboard said “Aborting a baby because she’s a girl is part of a woman’s right to murder her unborn child. Obama’s economy added just 69,000 new jobs in May, while his bogus unemployment rate even climbed to 8.2, and the stock market took a real dive. So Friday, Obama hopped on Air Force One and jetted off at over-taxed payers’ expense to attend six fundraisers, a possible sign of budding desperation for a campaign that is lagging far behind its initial fundraising expectations.

  • REPUBLICANS IN 2012: While Friday’s weak jobs report was devastating news for American workers and American families, it was great news for Republicans. This week has seen a cascade of one bad piece of economic news after another. Slowing GDP growth, plunging consumer confidence, an increase in unemployment claims, and now another dismal jobs report all stand as a harsh indictment of the Obama’s handling of the economy. If only the 2012 Elections could be rescheduled for Tuesday.
  • OBAMA 2012: Thursday night was some sort of Mickey Mouse Fundraising Deadline, and the Obsessive Obama Supporters Tom and Rose say Obama re-election Campaigners at the White House were spam-gramming the bejesus out of their local e-mail list with an e-mails supposedly from Obama, Michelle, Joe Biden, Bill Clinton, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Campaign Manager Jim Messina, all groveling for donations before midnight. The one from Juliana Smoot (whoever the hell she is) even offered a free Obama 2012 car magnet for a $10 donation.
  • OHIO RINO PARTY: In Columbus, Buckeye Bureau Chief Gerry Manders says according to the Cleveland Pain Dealer, Ohio’s Boring White Guy U.S. Senator is just what Romney needs for his running mate, someone who doesn’t excite the news media. Maybe we should call Portman “The UnPalin.”
  • THE LATEST POLLS: Whistleblower Pollster Ron Rasmussen says Friday was a dismal day for Team Obama with the unemployment rate inching back up and throwing cold water on hopes for an economic recovery. It’s not the kind of news the president wants to hear as he campaigns for reelection.
  • OUR LATE NIGHT JOKEWATCHER liked Jimmy Fallon’s “First lady Michelle Obama said that if she could trade places with anyone in the world, it would be Beyoncé. Of course it got awkward when Barack was like, “I’m game!”
  • HURLEY THE HISTORIAN says today is Confederate Memorial Day in Kentucky, and the reason it’s not celebrated as a National Holiday is because the South lost.
  • OUR QUOTE FOR TODAY COMMITTEE: chose Howard Dean’s “I still want to be the candidate for guys with Confederate flags in their pickup trucks. We can’t beat George Bush unless we appeal to a broad cross-section of DemocRATS.”
  • VOTER FRAUD UPDATE: Wisconsin Tea Party groups are training voting observers for Tuesday big recall election, because with all that union activity, there’s been a lot of suspected voter fraud in many areas of the state.
  • HAMILTON COUNTY RINO PARTY: Sadly, local Republican candidates get their work ethic cues from Alex T. Mall Cop GOP and think all there is to running for office is going to cocktail parties on the east side, going to Reds games downtown, and telling west side conservatives how much you love them (while never going anywhere near them). In 2012, campaigns will need to reach voters online. Unfortunately, the online and social media “efforts” of the Republican ticket do not inspire any confidence for November.
  • MEDIA MENDACITY: According to Newsbusters, on Friday Good Morning America’s Josh Elliott reported bogus jobs numbers, touting stats more favorable to Obama and less reflective of the dismal facts. In the 8am hour, news reader Elliott insisted that “new figures show” an unemployment rate “sitting” at 8.1 percent for May with 158,000 new jobs created.
  • LIBERAL LUNACY: In Human Events’ “365 Ways to Drive a Liberal Crazy,” No. 258 – Tell a joke:

Q. What’s the difference between Obamacare and a car battery?

A. The car battery has a positive side.

  • REPUBLICANS FOR HIGHER TAXES: tells us they are writing a series on RINO Sheriff candidate Sean Donovan and his support for the Cincinnati Streetcar project.  Last night they posted their first entry, which introduces us to a pro-streetcar editorial written by Donovan.  Many conservatives want to know why the Hamilton County RINO Party is running a big-government streetcar candidate for Sheriff.  Chairman Alex TryinToFoolYou promises the local GOP will be fiscally conservative, yet recruited a candidate who thinks we should spend $110 million on our Dainty DemocRAT Mayor’s Trolley Folly.  Is this how Donovan will spend your money as Sheriff?
  • MORE FECKLESS FISHWRAPPERY:  Metro Mole says now even the Baltimore Sun is ripping Wedgie Washburn. As your corner newsboy always used to shout, “Read all about it here!”
  • RACIAL HEALING UPDATE: Belligerent Black Blogger Nate “Rhymes with Hate” Livingston is back in business at his Cincinnati Black Blog. And if anything will bring people together, that certainly will.
  • THE CINCINNATI MESS (You’ll only read about in The Blower):  What’s new about Cincinnati leaders projecting a $33 million deficit next year and City Manager Milton Dohoney asking City Council to raise the property tax rate? Doesn’t that happen every year?
  • IN ANDERSON: Members of CABOOM (whatever the hell that means) who have been fighting Martin Marietta for the last four years had hoped that the Township would not side with Martin Marietta in the pending appeal. In fact, CABOOMers claim on more than one occasion the township administrator assured CABOOM members and the news media that Martin Marietta would be on its own if they appealed Judge Ruehlman’s reversal of the Board of Zoning Appeals’ approval of Martin Marietta’s plans for a major underground mining operation. Then Township Trustees filed a 35-page brief supporting Martin Marietta’s appeal! Nothing like that ever would’ve happened before Disgraced Dis-trustee Kevin O’Brien got elected.
  • OHIO’S SECOND CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT: The 50th annual Frontier Days Parade was held Thursday evening in MILF-ord, Ohio. Kids, churches, hair salons, restaurants were in it. Not to be found was Second Congressional District candidate “Bronze Star Brad” Wenstrup. Where was Brad? Many Clermont county and surrounding area voters have no idea who he is! His Kingness Joe Uecker showed up riding in his pickup truck with a sign and a bubble machine. Was he too good to shake some hands and walk a little bit? It looked like he could use some walking. Where was the MILF-ord High School band? A parade with no band? Kudos to the parade committee for allowing candy and handbills to be passed out and volunteers from ShareFest cleaning up afterwards.
  • READING THE TEA LEAVES: Local Tea Party Patriots are supporting embattled Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker this weekend calling Wisconsin voters from the comfort of their own homes. To find out how you can help, CLICK HERE.
  • NOW HERE’S THE LATEST FROM BUNKY TADWELL, THE BARD OF CLEVES: Just in time for the sweltering summer, we found this passionate poem by our old friend Bunky Tadwell, the Bard of Cleves, from his latest book, “Summer Sex Scandals,” found in better bookstores everywhere, except in Cleves.

“Summer Sensuality” Oh, the weather’s getting warmer The nights are hot and sultry. That’s when the minds of men Turn lightly to adultery.

  • IN NORTHERN KENTUCKY: Northern Kentucky, Bluegrass Bureau Chief Ken CamBoo says last week he received a call advising him that there would be a unity rally next Monday June at a location to be announced and that even Bitch McConnell would be coming, but we still haven’t received official confirmation.
  • FRIVOLOUS LAWSUIT UPDATE: Lately, the number of frivolous lawsuits filed in Northern Kentucky have decreased dramatically, and everybody’s wondering why.
  • THIS WEEK AT A MEETING OF THE CONSERVATIVE AGENDA: Political Insiders were asking Charles Foster Kane if he thought The Whistleblower was currently included on Obama’s “Kill List.” “I’m not sure,” Kane explained. “But I am starting to wonder why that drone has been hovering over my back yard whenever I’m in the swimming pool.”
  • AND COMING UP IN “THE WEEK THAT WILL BE”: The Blower’s Campaign Countdowns to will continue. Speaking of which, the 2012 Elections are only “155” days away.

Monday is “Hug Your Cat Day,” but we’re not sure if our censors will let us write about that.

Tuesday is “World Environment Day,” but already celebrated “Earth Day” earlier this year.

Wednesday is “D-Day,” a day The Blower never forgets.

Thursday is “National Chocolate Ice Cream Day,” and we’ll call you a racist if you order Vanilla.

The first line of next Friday’s limerick is: “Our GOP Candidate we can now call Mitt,” and if that’s not something to celebrate, we don’t know what is.
